triplex has a place in my heart, and I never venture anywhere else when I’m in and around sauze. The staff make the place, and are so so friendly and accommodating, particularly peppe, alessio & Salvatore who I love. Sitting outside in the sun right by the slopes cannot be beaten, and I’m known to drink a tad too much white wine there !!! I always make sure to come to triplex and no other place in sportinia, trust me you will not be disappointed! Must be noted alessio cooks up a very special carbonara & burger 👀 much love to triplex see you next season ❤️

The pitiful state of the infrastructure (broken bathrooms, broken ceiling, broken toilets), the dirtiness of the place, the poor management by the general manager (Ms Merlin) and the very young local team (who probably do their best with almost no resources) makes it an insult to the Italian tourism. This place should just be closed down by the Italian authorities. Only because the emergency exit on the first floor is inaccessible because of piles of garbage in front of the exit door that hidden behind a curtain. The local team is made of a gang of students who have no clue about the basics of hospitality. They are lead by 2-3 older persons who are showing some kind of goodwill. Fortunately we were with friends and family and we eventually made fun of the ubuesque situation, as it was so out of imagination. In short, run away !

Loved having lunch here. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The chef was very accommodating when dealing with dietary requirements of a large group. Also in a great location - would definitely recommend!

Barbara was very welcoming. Filthy room & bathroom, cleaner that I saw had a dirty mop & no bucket. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall. Shower was a tiny dirty cubicle right next to the loo. Sort of room where your heart just sinks on entry. Price was also more expensive than Orzo Bianco where we could have had a beautiful spotless suite for less. Obviously no interest or investment in the hotel for many years. Also, on 2 days from a waiter a bottle of wine was Eu20 whereas the next day exactly the same bottle was Eu25 from the receptionist lady. When questionned she merely repeated that the wine was Eu25. We also saw same lady leaving hotel with wine tucked under her arm. The din created by Dutch week was also intolerable & the noise was so deafening that the windows & doors were shaking. Unacceptable. One of the worst & disappointing hotels ever.

Not happy with the service at the bar/restaurant, extremely rude bar staff, took my un opened can and wouldn't put it back on our table after asking. Will not be going back there. Very loud for eating!

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo ci ha accolto un signore meridionale che ci ha sorpreso per la sua gentilezza disponibilità per un tavolo nonostante forse strapieno.. Ci ha consigliato una carbonara.. Meravigliosa.. Cosa posso dire.. Solo il servizio 3 euro a persona mi sembra troppo.. Ma per il resto tutto ottimo noi ci torneremo

Miglior capodanno mai passato in montagna, grazie alla simpatia e cordialità di Sasa Alessio salvatore Peppe e peppone, baristi straordinari. Anche la cena è stata pazzesca, ringrazio gli straordinari ragazzi
