Clean and cheap with basic beakfast provided. It is good a night stay.

I was not pleased with the look the place had and how you have to walk through the elevator waiting area to get into the main lobby. A gentleman with his cart blocking the walkway. Then the lady wasn’t giving hospitality vibes at all. My card was locked and it was juvenile to have to have the 50 dollars right there on the spot when I could’ve paid when my card got unlocked seeing it was some security deposit that was supposed to be included in my ticket online. Then it off the elevator into the third floor it really felt like a maze. Room was grungy feeling like it had a dirty a**osphere and the bedsheets were dank. Like moist feeling. Room smelt like mildew.

Tub was dirty. We stood on a hand towel. Average for older hotel. Limited breakfast options. Front desk Staff when we checked in was very nice; great recommendation for local spot to dine.

Quite in a pretty good area nothing was to far away. A few maintenance issues outside of the room but overall a nice stay for the price

Everything about the hotel was terrible. The front desk was not friendly, the first room assigned to did not have electricity and we had to switch rooms. The second room had a loud vent in the bathroom that was running 24/7, breakfast was terrible, house keeping only made the bed and did it horribly, the towels were too small, the toilet would only flush after 2 attempts, no iron in the room...i could go on and on...i will never return. I guess you get what you pay for!!!! I wish i could get my money back.

Check in was quick as we had prepaid online. We were given keys to a room, went to the room to find it occupied by someone already! Back to the desk and received keys to a second room. The toilet in this room would not flush, we were given a plunger, that did not work. So we moved to room number three. This room was cold but clean and we had no further problems. We had planned to do laundry at this hotel but all the washers and dryers were broken. We also got up early one morning to use the Fitness Room only to find that all the cardio equipment was broken.

The hotel was convenient to the hospital we needed to be at. As for the hotel. They need to make sure that everything in the room works. Our toilet kept clogging up. The light bulb in bathroom turned into a strobe light. We asked the girl at the front desk before we left out to please have the maid service clean the room and change the linens and provide more toilet tissue and clean towels. We went out and came back and nothing was done. My key to the room never worked we had to keep asking the desk to key again for us. It was really not worth the rating I gave or the PRICE $$$$ I PAID FOR THE ROOM. I hope that the money the hotel held actually gets given back to me. I do know next time I come to Savannan, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL. WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS and they didn't really care either and I paid a lot of money for that week I stayed and the cancellation policy SUCKS too, that's why I HAD to stay the entire time.

Front desk was unfriendly / slightly rude with what seemed to be an inconvenience to doing her job.
Multiple issues with broken equipment-Refrigerator not working, ac / heater has dirty/white mold around the venting area and shower head leaks all over the floor on the side of the toilet area.
