This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping.

出差住得courtyard view套房，很大很漂亮！房間乾淨，服務人員態度也很好，零食和飲料都是免費的。

就在Ellis square的對面 很便利門口什麼都有 去哪也很方便 環境很棒 才裝修的設施很新 辦check in的時候會有很多飲品可以選擇 房間裏沒有水得自己去前台要所有都是免費的

It was a tremendous location and a really fine hotel. The service staff was excellent. For a high-end hotel however, they could’ve afforded to upgrade their windows and doors. We were on the sixth floor, and there was a tremendous amount of street noise.

Nice hotel in historic area easy walking to shops and restaurants. Room was big with kitchenette and nice smeg fridge. Happy hour was nice. Would give five stars but they use resort fee pricing scheme so my max is 4.

Location was great, we stayed in a corner room overlooking the square. Construction next door woke us in the morning, but thats not the hotels fault. Bed was very comfortable.

Stay was overall a great stay, loved the location close to everything. Also loved that the $33.00 dollar hotel fee was worth the money. The nightly wine and beer as well as the appetizers were all very good and worth enjoying before heading out for dinner. The staff including Stephen the concierge were all very kind. My only 2 issues were 1.the bathtub could have been cleaner. We had to clean it ourselves. The other which was my biggest issue was I was speaking with one of the desk staff the evening (I won’t mention his name) and was wanting to order a treat for delivery the next morning for my husband ( we were there to celebrate his birthday) the agent pulled out a sheet of paper and showed me a list of items I could order, so I chose an item and he asked me to complete the form, he then said “actually let me do it and I can comp it, since it’s my husband’s birthday. I thought that was so sweet and had to give him a hug :) he then asked if I was sure I didn’t want anything else. I then asked he add one more item to the order but insisted on paying for that item. We scheduled the delivery time and I was all set. However when we checked out I had been charged for both items! I mentioned it to a desk agent the next day upon checkout, and gave her the employees name. She stated she would communicate with him and email me but wasn’t going to charge me. Well I did get charged for both and have yet to be reimbursed. Sad when people don’t do what they say. Trust lost!

We had a GREAT ONE NIGHT visit at the ANDAZ. We came for a brief visit to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. They sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. We had the suite. It was perfect. Location is off the chain. We’ll be back
