We loved it here. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, felt very home like. The lady who runs it clearly takes pride here, and so she should! Great facilities, modern decor, would definitely stay here again 😊 Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this hostel. My worst in the whole of Central Asia actually. The hostel itself is nice (although I have not even seen the rooms), the problem is the service, and especially the owner. Please look at other negative comments, and you will understand that it is a common theme. I won't go into details, but in short, I had to cancel my stay early afternoon due to airport transportation constraints. I was asked to pay the whole price (while cancellation on booking should be free anytime) and it escalated to calling the police and writing a deposition. The owner was happy to have me miss my taxi, my flight and block me in the country. I was speechless. Incredibly uncompromising and unhelpful. I would highly suggest you find another place to stay.
