We stayed for 3 nights earlier this month (Feb 2024). Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, and the house is beautifully decorated. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. The facilities are high class, with a wide choice of drinks and snacks left for us. Breakfast is generous, with again a wide choice of good quality food and drinks. The house is in a good location. Not central, (making it an easy drive to the property), but on the edge of town with the seafront or shops and bars just a short walk away. Railway and bus stations are also nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at the Ashburton b&b in Scarborough. My wife and I have stayed here before and cannot fault it. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and warm. Brilliant breakfast, and free on site parking is a bonus. We have stayed in a few hotels in Scarborough but this one is our first choice. Margaret and Steve who run the place are lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. We hope to be back soon. Ian & Jan Butters.

I have only one word for our stay at Ashburton House Scarborough and that is EXCELLENT 👍 Excellent spotless, comfortable warm Rooms. Excellent friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast Excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.

This is one of the best places I've stayed at in scarborough and I've been going here for a long time. Rooms very clean and comfortable hosts are exceptional helpful in every way. Real quality breakfast wirh a choice to suit most.people. I will be back here.

Returned again to Ashburton Hotel. A warm welcome on arrival by the hosts Margaret and Stephen. Our room was clean, bright, beautifully decorated with modern yet cosy furnishings. We had tea/coffee making facitities, with biscuits, crisps and choc. Fresh milk was available in the little fridge in reception as well as additionaal tea/coffee etc. Easy reach of the South Harbour/Esplanade and the town centre, whilst still enjoying a quiet location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for some proper R&R.

Stayed in the downstairs four poster room. Absolutely wonderful. Very relaxing stay with excellent breakfast too. Our hosts couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Scarborough

We booked for two nights after reading the fantastic reviews, and they weren’t wrong! We were upgraded to a family room instead of the double room we had booked, and it was beautiful. Lots of lovely personal touches, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was an additional extra, but definitely worth the few pounds. Highly recommend

No problem parking. Effortless early check-in. The B&B is spotless and our room absolutely lovely. Breakfast is a must and one of the highlights of our visit. Quick check-out. We had a brilliant time and would absolutely recommend. Thank you.

Another fantastic stay, just had a four night break here. Everything was great the room was lovely and bright with lovely touches with the snack boxes of crisps, biscuits n tunnucks tea cakes.The breakfast as always was top notch, Margaret and Steven thank you so much
