十一假期臨時改了行程，臨時預訂入住了這家酒店，酒店是自行辦理入住的，操作比較簡單，也很快可以辦理好。感覺預訂的房間比實際的入住房間小太多，不相符，預訂的小套間，其實根本就不是，就是一個房間，所以不清楚，什麼叫套房的概念，酒店不適合個人休閑度假，非常商務的感覺，早餐種類非常少，整體非常簡易的風格。

乾淨整潔，早餐很簡單

This is a good place to stay in Schaan. It's walkable to downtown and there is free parking at the hotel. There is no staff except those working the restaurant. That is definitely different, but check-in was easy through the computer. I could see why it would be warm in summer there is no A/C, but during fall it's fine.

LOVED this gorgeous hotel in Liechtenstein! Could've spent the whole stay on the balcony looking at the incredible view across the valley to Switzerland. Room was fairly basic (no mini fridge), but very clean and comfortable. Free parking. Lovely garden and outdoor seating area beside hotel. Hotel is located in an impeccable, safe residential neighbourhood, and is a 5-minute walk down the hill into the town of Schaan; 10-minute drive down to Vaduz. Check-in via a kiosk in the lobby; no front desk or staff available. European breakfast buffet was delicious; a staff member was available intermittently to offer coffee/tea etc., but wasn't always there, and did not appreciate if you tried to get yourself a coffee... oops. Overall this property was amazing and we loved our stay here!

On a recent stop over from Geneva to Austria, our family, including two adults, a child, and a dog, experienced the peaceful ambiance of Kloster by B_Smart in Liechtenstein, booked via ***********. The check-in process, notable for its innovative, automated approach, was done via a machine in the lobby, providing quick and easy access to our accommodations within two minutes. This technological incorporation undeniably enhances our experience by prioritizing ease and efficiency. Strategically positioned atop a gentle hill, the hotel combines a serene residential setting with natural beauty, offering a quiet retreat whilst maintaining proximity to local adventures. With dinner service unavailable on the evening of our stay, we took on the offerings at the nearby Vaduz Street Food Festival, turning a potential inconvenience into an enjoyable local exploration. Morning at the Kloster was an exemplary breakfast service, characterized by high-quality, tasty options and exceptional coffee. It was also the first time we met any of the hotel staff, and she had very high level of friendliness and dedication to guests. There was abundant parking space and super fast wifi. One tip, the quality of the croissants available at breakfast—much better then in France—deserves an honorable mention. One minor point that the rooms are not sound proof to the guests above, where you could hear people walk and talk.

Unattended reception desk, but the self check-in is super easy. Nice and clean room, big shower, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Service at the restaurant was great! Big walk up a hill, to get to the hotel, but with a small carry on and a back pack it wasn’t a problem. The view far outweighs any small inconvenience.

I booked through ********** for CHF194 per room, but they charged me CHF204. They said this is the rate of the hotel and if I have any objection I should check with my booking agent. The place was hot, there is no AC, I asked for a fan, they said they don't provide a fan. so we had to suffered the warm rooms till departing next day. very bad indeed. Also the rooms have to closets to store your cloths. you have to hang them openly on the wall !! other than that, the place looked clean and the staff were welcoming.

No staff. Because of culture no easy access to dining. Great place for quiet, nature listening. Close to train station.

Hotel was clean and in a very cute area, walking distance to Schaan city center and restaurants. Breakfast was good and vegetarian. Church bells rang at 5am, so be prepared for an early wake up!
