I stayed here for almost one week totally. All good, clean, quiet, warm staff, except the a little bit salty sausage breakfast 😄

I enjoy the amenities of a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast.
I also need an affordable price...
All of the above are a "must" for me.
The hotel felt very homey and welcoming. I enjoyed the mini fountain by check-in.
Staff was friendly, my needs were met and I will likely be going back to this hotel as my Schaumburg preference
Con: Sometimes your key may deactivate, but they will fix it quickly at the front desk.

Our experience was very nice. Stayed for 3 nights and did not have any issues whatsoever. The room was a nice size with a okay sized bathroom; the hot water was a little finicky but nothing to be outraged about. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast was much better than any hotel breakfast I’ve had at more expensive hotels. Overall, it was a really nice hotel, fairly priced, and in a great location in a great suburb.

One of the beds were broken, the tub wouldn’t drain after showers, and we found random things that belonged to previous guests so the room clearly wasn’t cleaned. We only stayed 1 night so when I told the front desk when we weee checking out they couldn’t care less.

Hotel was fancy with a whirlpool, fountain, fishtank with ciclids, and a granite counter in the room. Fishtank seemed to have about 20 times too many fish, which was not calming. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 am and expected me to come to the door just to see if I was in there - why? The fridge was warm when I came and smelled like sour milk. They offered another room but I declined. With the cupboard door open, it worked fine and there was no smell. The front desk staff were courteous. Bed and linens were comfortable, and 1/8 pillows was flat enough to use. Overall good with some drawbacks.

The location is great and very affordable, and very clean. I would stay here again!

My husband & I 2 night stay was excellent. The only drawback was the 2nd shift attendant on my second night gave my door dash Dasher my wrong room number. I had to get my delivery myself from that wrong room number.

The ac was broken, would not blow cold, the window did not have a screen so couldn't open the window, the curtains had damaged in it so sunlight would be peeking through, the curtain rod fell when taking a shower, the beds would not stay in place and kept moving everywhere, the doors were damaged, if u wanted to throw away garbage u had to go in the hallway, the toilets are super small, and under powered had to flush multiple times. The room was cramped and uncomfortable and we were sweating in bare clothes without blankets trying to sleep. Reported to manager for refund
