very good meals and service! But water from pool was pretty cold... Especilly, dinner and breakfast was excellent. We would like to go there definetly again. Our room was old but it was ok. The front desk person was also friendly.

This is the third Austrian hotel rated 4* star superior we stayed at and they can all give some 5* hotels run for their money! They just know how to run hotels properly in Austria. Clean, love the decor and furnishings, modern but with an Austrian twist. We were on b&b rate but also had afternoon snack included - Very handy especially after a morning trek on a cable car ( located only 5 min walk from the hotel ) which left us feeling peckish. They have free outside car park but also underground garage at extra charge. Would definitely stay again. If you drive on from the hotel, there is a mountain pass route ( payable at a booth if crossing) with the most spectacular views, think of The Italian Job….minus the Lamborghini!

Great newly renovated hotel! We have direct comparison as we stayed directly after in a different 4*S hotel. The room (Silberfichte Suite) was amazing incl. AC and top cleaning service. The SPA incl. outside pool is a relaxing island incl. tea, nuts, fruits and water. There are plenty of saunas, winter storm, infrared beds and relaxing areas. This area is for adults only, however there is a separate ‘family’ spa with sauna and swimming pool as well. As a couple we used both :) The 3/4 board is great. Various breakfast options, in the afternoon you can enjoy salat, coffee, cake and small hot dishes. The dinner was delicious as well. You can decide the main course - meat, fish or vegetarian - at breakfast. All in all a perfect hotel to relax, very quite, service was great - the price is high, however worth every cent. Further in 5min walk you are at the first cable car. Hiking areas are all very close by. We highly recommend the Alpenhotel!

I was here at the beginning of December 2022 for a 3-night-stay and I have enjoyed each and every moment of my time at this venue. The hotel is clean, very well furnished, with friendly personnel, a gym, a room for yoga, a wonderful sauna to relax and it is also not far away from ski resorts. As an alternative to ski, one can also walk on the several trekking paths available in the region and accessible from the hotel. The restaurant offers delicious dishes at evening. It´s really worth spending some days here, no matter whether in summer or in winter.

Meine Freundin und ich waren begeistert vom Alpenhotel. Das Ambiente ist aussergewöhnlich, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, die Behandlungen einmalig und das Essen sehr fein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Wunderbares Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre, sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer, exzellenter, großer, ruhiger Spa-Bereich, sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal. Für einen Spa-Urlaub ist das Hotel perfekt, war ein schöner, entspannender Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und wirklich hervorragend und gehört zu den besten, die ich in einem Hotel bisher hatte. Alles schön gestaltet, alles funktioniert bestens und scheint gut und bis in die Details durchdacht. Sehr nett fand ich auch die Idee mit dem Säckchen, das man vor die Tür hängt, wenn man keinen Roomservice will, und das dann mit einer kleinen Überraschung gefüllt wird. Nur die Küche am Abend ist leider eher mittelmäßig und kann mit dem hohen Standard des Hauses nicht ganz mithalten. Das Wiener Schnitzel, das ich bekam, war leider weit entfernt von einem richtigen Wiener Schnitzel, obwohl das eigentlich wirklich nicht schwierig zuzubereiten ist. Ins Hotel werde ich trotzdem gerne wiederkommen!

Nach einer Woche im Alpenhotel im Rahmen eines MTS-Kurses kann ich sowohl was den Comfort des Zimmers, die Gastfreundschaft aller MitarbeiterInnen, die Umsichtigkeit des Direktors und seines Teams nur Positives berichten. Auch das reichhaltige und liebevoll zubereitete Essen übertraf meine Erwartungen. Alles in allem kann ich insgesamt meiner Zufriedenheit an dieser Stelle Ausdruck verleihen und das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Herausragendes Buffet, sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, sehr guter Spa, wunderschöne, ruhige Zimmer, guter Wasserdruck in den Duschen, schönes Ambiente, gute Aussicht - ich komme sehr gerne wieder... :)
