Simple but comfortable room in a great location and with a hospitable lobby.

I will say one thing that is not good about this hotel. That is that the price you pay on Trip .com is not enough. The receptionist charged me an additional $75 for the security fee. It should be included beforehand.

Great view. Awesome employees and service. I did find a long hair (about 10 inches) in the shower—my hair is only about 1 1/2 inch long sooo. Also wasn’t informed (maybe I missed it somewhere) that there was a charge for parking until we were checking out. Overall a great and convenient location!

Great hotel! Have stayed at other hotels in Seattle that are more expensive and this hotel is much nicer and larger rooms for less. Would definitely come back - great locationg

I would change my review if they would fix one thing. They put a typical hold on my credit card when I checked in. Instead of releasing the hold, they charged most of it to me with no explanation. I emailed them to ask for a receipt detailing the charges and they have ignored me for days. Other than that, we liked it, except it was a bit loud.

I was really upset that I checked in at about 8pm & there was no: bellman to help me with my bags in the rain & the bags kept rolling toward the street! I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew this. The hotel was totally dead at 8pm , dark & it felt like it was 1am. (The restaurant during the day was good, but it was dark at night.) the next day, the valet pulled my car up, but again didn’t help me with my bags. And again, the bags almost rolled down their driveway. I won’t stay here again.
Pros: trendy morning restaurant, close to shopping , quiet rooms which I liked.

Great service, sparkling rooms and it was just a block away from the Convention Center Summit Building.
The only accessible ramp and doorway is the valet entrance. My sister-in-law had trouble finding it, so I had to walk around the corner. I had a Lyft driver give up trying to find it and and he canceled the ride. So give better directions than me if you're in that situation.

Really nice clean hotel. Staff was amazing! Room was nice, no microwave though. Location close to everything, food, shopping…will stay again.
