Simple but comfortable room in a great location and with a hospitable lobby.

I will say one thing that is not good about this hotel. That is that the price you pay on Trip .com is not enough. The receptionist charged me an additional $75 for the security fee. It should be included beforehand.

Amazing service, very kind and friendly. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The heater was loud, clanking, awful noises that kept me up!

Very clean property and friendly staff. Right next to the convention center with lots of great restaurants around. Cheap parking right across the street ( about 1/3 of the valet parking here ).
Would definitely visit again.

Our stay was very good. Used the hotel Valet Parking and it was fast and simple to get our car. All the employees we encountered were friendly and professional. The hotel location makes walking to areas of interest really convenient

Very conveniently located, but quite noisy. Lots of sirens, racing cars, and motorcycles..Bathroom floor was grimy in corners.

Good place to stay when going to the paramount theater. My xl Yukon was a problem parking but they did let me self park. It was still pretty high for parking. The cleaning lady started vacuuming the room next to us at 8 am that was the only negative

The location was great as it was close to the conference venue. Cleanliness could be better, as the carpets and floors were not clean. Staff was friendly enough, but there was only valet parking, and my car was parked outside for the duration of my stay. Still, near many good restaurants and Pike Place.
