Hotel Bramha

They don't have any bathtub, still you guys have written that they are having the same. So it's a very bad thing.

It's walkable from secunderabad railway station. I booked deluxe rooms and found good as per photos shown by makemytrip. Ac and tv was working. Lightening is poor. Hot water takes time. Food prices are ok with the quality. Staff is polite and co-operative. As per google map to reach there back side entry was locked by shutter close. Other stalls are very near to the hotel and you can enjoy a solo business trip.

Pros : it is very close to secunderabad railway station. Butac sound is horrible and the bed linen is torn. Reception people too do not smile and welcome

Room was clean and everything was working fine. My room was non-ac, but i felt very comfortable. Lift, wifi was working fine.

The hotel is just 200 metres away from secunderabad railway station. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Initial check in took 45 minutes even after pre-booking. Post which we faced lots of issues with the ac in the room to which the hotel staff was not bothered and we figured out a way to get the room cool. The next day in bathroom there was no hot water, after complaining, hotel staff was saying hot water will come but it never did till we checked out. Room service was also very bad. We requested for extra mattress however it was not provided stating that you have to pay cash immediately and that too at 1 midnight. So one of the person had to sleep on the floor, though we paid ten thousand advance payment. They did not clean the room for couple of days and when we asked the staff to clean the room after couple of days they cleaned it and asked for cash payment for the cleaning. I will never ever go this hotel even if this is the last option.
