Great location with amazing views. Our room was very clean. Parking was not an issue. Check-in was a breeze. Shops and restaurants are convenient.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt, we were able to check in early & get a late checkout although this wasn't communicated to the cleaning crew & they were at our door at 10 AM on the dot. We were also slightly disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed during our stay

Excellent property. Aiden at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful; her professionalism is so appreciated. We extended our stay and she made it seamless, which greatly helped me keep my business commitments.

You can hear every noise and conversation from your neighboring units. Very dated room. Outlets didn’t work. Room seemed very tight spaced.

The resort was nice and the staff was very good. Unfortunately our room was awful. We had to walk down 40 steps with luggage to get to the building and then up 20 steps to get to our 2nd floor room. The carpet was ragged and the paint was peeling in the bathroom.
We asked to move but got no response.
Do not stay in room numbers in the 1900’s unless you like tons of steps and dark rooms.

If you want to stay in Sedona closer to restaurants and shops.. this is your place! Great spacious rooms and great service.
You can literally walk to everywhere in downtown Sedona from this hotel

Liked the studio apt. Hated that there was a shared door and our neighbor was a loud talker alllllll night. We could hear all of her conversations.

Beatuful property , blends so well with the surroundind area.
Staff were frienly and eaget to help with any questions. We especially thought Athena was very friendly and most helpful. We give her a 10.
