Several things happened that made this booking a difficult event. I am actually going to call Orbitz today to ask for a refund.
-we had an EV cart rental, we were told they had access to charging stations, they don’t, that was a huge issue that changed our whole stay
-when we finally got back, the heater didn’t work
-they moved us
-that room’s tv didn’t work, sink clogged
We want a full refund or credit for 2 nights.
