Apartment Torri di Seefeld

Had a lovely stay with family with breath taking views around. Would love to come back again during the snow season.

We were in large group of 5 families and we booked 8 rooms for 3 days here in May 2019 as 9 kids accompanied 5 couples. We had a Fantastic and Very Relaxing stay at this apar**ent as it's located at the heart of Seefeld and the views from the balconies are just WOW ..... The main Seefeld market is just 2-3 minutes walk and it's a fine place for those who love to adventure a bit by doing cycling , early morning brisk walk in the beautiful Tyrol region and then just relax and chill out. I will highly recommend this property to everyone.

I am writing to express my u**ost disappoin**ent and frustration with the recent experience I had at your property, Torri Seefld. It deeply troubles me to have to resort to writing a complaint letter, as I had previously held your establishment in high regard. However, the manner in which my concerns were handled has compelled me to bring this matter to your attention. On [Date], I had the unfortunate incident of being overcharged for an unutilized day at your property. I immediately contacted your front desk to address this issue and provided a genuine explanation regarding the oversight. It is important to note that my intention was never to exploit or manipulate the situation; rather, I expected a fair and reasonable resolution. To my disbelief, instead of empathizing with my situation, I was met with a dismissive and confrontational attitude. Your staff had the audacity to point fingers at me and insinuate that I was attempting to deceive the property. This unwarranted accusation not only tarnishes the reputation of your establishment but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I want to emphasize that my early check-out was due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. It is far more honorable for a property to offer a refund for a day not utilized, especially in light of unforeseen circumstances, rather than insist on the righteousness of the establishment while accusing the customer of being wrong. This type of response only serves to alienate loyal customers and tarnish the reputation of your property. As a long-standing patron of your establishment, I have always appreciated the exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by your staff. However, this recent incident has left me disillusioned and questioning the values that Torri Seefld Property upholds. I sincerely hope that this unfortunate experience does not represent the standard of service that future guests will encounter.

Big and spacious apar**ent has everything you need for family stay. Kitchen is well equipped, location is great with a supermarket nearby, has underground parking.

Amazing customer service, both before arrival, during check-in and during our stay. The apar**ent was clean and had plenty of clothes hangers (always an issue) and a safe in our bedroom. The bathroom was functional, although a refresh might be useful. The only thing missing were enough sockets - other than that, definitely recommended!

great little community in the Austrian Alps outside Innsbruck. We went in April, so limited options of restaurants being open, but hotel was great. Lovely relaxation area with Sauna downstairs. As a North American, you need to be ok with complete nudity of local patrons in the sauna.

Fantastic location right next to pedestrian zone and swimming pool. 10 mins walk to Gschwandtkopft ski lifts and ski bus to Roshutte outside apar**ents. Ski depot in basement. Apar**ent well appointed and reception very helpful and friendly. Check in is self service a very easy.
