I tried to reschedule this paid reservation 3 days before we were scheduled to check in. The hotel couldn’t help me and trip.com hasn’t gotten back to me (it’s been 10 days) about a refund or booking a different date with the money I already paid. Won’t use trip.com or stay at this hotel because of poor customer service.

Stains in the bathroom and torn vinyl on the bench, also didn't smell great. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous.

Very expensive cab service from airport and later to port. Place needs upgrade. Would not stay again.

Overall Room was OK.
Not very welcoming at check-out.
Hallway carpet was very dated & stained.
Continental Breakfast was eh . . . not many options & a bit messy.

The property appeared clean until I used a naplon to wope a water spill and it was filthy when i picked it up. The outside smoking area has broken and unsafe benches. The breakfast selections were sp**** and the beds had a strong bleach smell making it hard to sleep. Also the security lock on the door was broken making us feel very unsafe

Friday when I checked into my room, I pulled back the sheets and there were stains on the sheets. I let front desk know and he was going to send house keeping there to change the sheets. After seeing that I couldn't stay there.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. No sofa in our room as advertised. Room is halfway falling apart. Bathroom has sink and shower area all caulked up. Baseboards in the room are hanging off the wall. Could be a great place to stay but we were not informed of the condition of the room. Staff is friendly and hotel feels safe.

No maid service during our four day stay. Nothing bad, just average all around. Probably would not stay here again !
