I stayed here with a few other cyclists I rode with for a few days. Bikes can be stored in the garage with easy access/exit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast only so other meals must be eaten off site although there are several nice hotels within walking distance. I stayed in room #5 which is accessed via the lobby entrance. The A/C is not turned on until "summer" which although quite common in Europe in general, was unfortunate as the weekend I was there, the temps were in the low 90's F. Although there is a patio window exit to small patio with two lounge chairs, the patio is next door to the lobby patio with only a few plants to separate the two patios so it would have been easy to enter the room if the patio window was left open at night to help cool the room down. Another issue is that there were some ants regularly crawling around the desk table top.

Just had a week here and absolutely loved staying here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and pool area are immaculate. We hired bikes locally and they have a big storage garage. It is right in the heart of Selva which is a lovely little village with a nice square and a few nice little bars. We ate out at some amazing local restaurants. Thanks again to the wonderful staff at the hotel we will be back.

We had a great 5 night stay at the property. Our room was spacious and well presented. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was limited in choice but very nice. There was an honesty bar with drinks and snacks available 24/7. The pool area was small but beautiful. It was an incredibly relaxing stay. There is not much to do in town, but the hotels location makes it easy to drive to most parts of the island and that’s exactly what we wanted. We were able to park less than 2 minutes from the property.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet stay in central Selva.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff, good rooms and grounds, excellent location and views. Thumbs up for the breakfast and good value honesty bar by great infinity pool. Simple gym and spa on site.

I stayed in Room 6. PROS - Timely communication prior to stay - More-than-reasonable rate - My room was available at noon - Friendly front desk and breakfast staff - Onsite massage service ($70 for 55 minutes) - Beautiful design and decor (the architect who designed the house had lived there) - Gigantic balcony - Gorgeous views. The sounds of the countryside lulled me to sleep at night - Ice, fresh water, and coffee always available - Well-stocked honor bar (try the "homemade vermouth") - One-minute walk from Miceli, a Michelin-starred restaurant (dine here!) - One-minute walk from the main square. (Between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Es Forn Cafe is a fun place to have a drink and people-watch) - Huge room (two rooms, actually) - Lots of natural light and fresh air - Excellent breakfast - Plenty of comfortable outdoor spaces for lounging - Quiet neighborhood - Multiple walking trails nearby CONS - Housekeeping overlooked room - Pillows could be better

We absolutely loved our stay here. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all, it’s truly magnificent. We were greeted by a member of staff (Toni I think) he was extremely helpful and gave us a guided tour of the hotel. Our room was out of this world! We had a suite with a terrace. The room was extremely clean and the shower was huge! Breakfast was fresh and was made by their great staff. The hotel had an honesty bar full of drinks and snacks! We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We hired a car and parking was no problem. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful Can Cota.

Lovely place to relax and recharge. Not much going on in the area, but the hotel itself was perfect for a few days of doing nothing, enjoying the pool/spa/sauna - or treating yourself to a massage. Can also recommend dining at Miceli nearby if you can get a reservation. Was delicious.

We have had 7 wonderful days at this cozy hotel. The staff is really helpful and serviceminded. The hotel is very quiet and relaxed. It has a nice little pool with a beautiful view. My Husband and I spent the morning with biketours and the afternoon at the pool. Selva is a small town with good restaurant. If you like to shop Selva is not the right place :) We will absolutely come back to Can Cota

3nights in this excellent boutique hotel. Everything superb - my only suggestions for improvement would be a blackout blind for the bedroom window ( although this would shut out the wonderful view!), And fresh squeezed orange and fresh pastries would improve the already excellent breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the opportunity to explore this unknown ( to us) part of Mallorca. Hope to repeat our stay in the future.
