On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite in what seems the older hotel a cross the street which was very kind, however the room temperature was only 11°C and there were too many stairs for our dog. It was obviously a family suite because it had a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed all in the same room. Our superior room was nice but there was mould in the bathroom and privacy tape covering a crack in the door. The bed did not have a headboard, so you could not sit up in bed because the pillows folded into the gap. There was a kettle but only thin plastic cups. That all said, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with mugs for our coffee. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent accompanied by a good selection of wines. Hotel rooms and restaurant could do with a little TLC, but apart from that the hotel is great value for money. We would definitely stay again but select a different room.

- Competitive price with free street parking until 9am
- Breakfast is good with fair food choices
- Room is big and renovated, yet the bedroom is old (window broken and taped) and without AC (which is misleading info and complaint raised to *******) Overall is okay.

It was really great fun.The only thing I didn’t understand was the payment of 15Euro when checking out.That’s a bit wired.Can someone explain that to me please.

Bella struttura, molto curata con personale gentile e situato all'ingresso del paese. La stanza è risultata molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort, arredata con gusto. Colazione abbondante e varia. Nulla da eccepire.Certamente una struttura da consigliare

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo fantastico hotel, adatto alle famiglie. Dalle stanze comode e pulite, alla colazione buona e abbondante a tutto lo staff gentilissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento va all'animatrice Monica che con la sua simpatia ed esperienza ha intrattenuto le nostre figlie Giada e Alice di 3 e 5 anni con attività esterne e interne che loro hanno amato e hanno permesso a noi genitori di riposarci un po' sapendo che erano in ottime mani. Tutti noi non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!!

Appena arrivati accoglienza top, il personale in reception super preparato e pronti ad ogni richiesta. La grande sorpresa è stata l'animatrice Monica che con il suo entusiasmo, energia e la sua simpatia ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile e la bambina non vede l'ora di ritornare nuovamente . Anche se il tempo non era dei migliori siamo rimasti davvero contenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente :)

Weekend di pioggia ,ma grazie alla buona animazione di Monica e Gianluca non ci si annoia mai , le loro attività sono sempre divertenti ,dal master Chef dei bambini alla passeggiate in quei minuti che non ha piovuto.Camere comode e vista spettacolare .

Albergo bellissimo.. Stanza spettacolare con idromassaggio.cibo molto buono .poi Monica e Gianlukino dell'animazione sono top..i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo con loro..e noi ci siamo rilassati.. sicuramente ci torneremo..
