I had requested my email review to be sent to Khun Tony (Thitipat) Suppattranont, the Founder and MD of Thann to thank him for his handwritten letter that was in our room when we checked in. We also noted that we could let him know if we had any feedback or comments. Unfortunately, he did not leave behind an email address or any contact information in the letter so I could not contact him directly with my suggestions. To-date, noone has acknowledged my email (it was sent twice on 24th & 30th Dec) so I am posting it here: Overall, we had a good stay, however there are several things I would like to mention, and I will list them in point form below: 1.    Good communications from Khun Milk prior to check-in: I had several questions about my booking (which I bought via Megatix) and she answered them promptly and suggested that we book our spa appointment on 22 Dec when we check in beforehand. 2.    Signs along the roads to Thann Wellness Destination were not visible enough. I missed the turn into the resort because the signs were too small. 3.    The check-in process was smooth and our bags were brought to our rooms whilst we went for our massage, our room was also ready at 12.30pm after we finished. 4.    The complimentary afternoon tea set was good but it was a pity that a wider variety of drinks were not available. I requested for hot green tea and was told that it was not included in the package and had an extra charge. We also asked if the fruit juices available were fresh juice and were told that they were not. It was a surprise that fresh juice was not available at a wellness resort. 5.    We attended the facial workshop after our afternoon tea and were excited to be able to try the various Thann products (we have not used them before). To me, this is a very good marketing tool to introduce Thann products to people new to them. My spouse loved the sunscreen and bought it after the workshop (the 10% discount was well appreciated). Unfortunately, the activity was conducted in Thai (we were given basic instructions on what to do) and we were not fully able to enjoy the full workshop experience. We were able to try some new products provided to us in our suite on the 2nd day (shampoo, conditioner, body butter, etc) and my spouse went back to buy the hair conditioner before we checked out as she loved it too. She also bought a pair of pants which she liked very much. I asked if there was a Thann loyalty program available for us to sign up but was told there wasn't. I was surprised as I googled online later and found out that there is a loyalty program available, perhaps only for customers at your retail stores. May I suggest that perhaps guests at the resort can be automatically signed up as members (if they aren't already) and offered some additional benefits for further stays or purchases. My spouse mentioned that she might try more Thann products in the future and this could be one way of attracting and retaining customers. 6.   Breakf

Anyone who goes to Ayutthaya must stop by here 🌴 Good atmosphere accommodation The room is very big, clean 👍🏻 Most importantly, it is suitable for bringing children to 👶🏻🧒🏻 There is a small zoo in the accommodation 🐇🐓🐮🐑

A wonderful place to relax and to visit the old town. You need a car as it is located in a small quiet town, on the outskirts of Ayutthaya. Nana and Brian are wonderfully nice people. You immediately feel their hospitality and friendliness. The same goes for their staff. The small-scale complex gives you a relaxed feeling. You don't have to do anything, relax yourself and enjoy the peace and the great beautiful garden. The cottages are clean and cozy. You have to get used to the many decorations, also in the small restaurant, but it is actually part of it. It's homely. You get a lot of information and they really help you with everything. The breakfast and dinner are overwhelming and very tasty. And certainly not expensive. We kept coming back to eat at Nana's as she cooks fantastic, both Asian and European. Ánd the coffe is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with Brian and Nana. I liked that Brian recognized the music of The Golden Earring (Netherlands) and he was a personal friend of Hans Vermeulen (Sandy Coast). For our next trip, we received 4 delicious home-baked muffins. We appreciate staying at Cattani's Riverside Home and can recommend it to anyone to stay here for a few days. Pension located on the opposite side of Ayuttaya on the river. Far from the actual event and history park, taxi needed. At my arrival, the booking was not found, discussions. Communication difficult because no English was spoken ...All was processed by language message in the translator on the phone which I was kept to read and answer 🙈 rooms suitable, gross but old and overwhelmed bbr.I had a ”Junior suite” which corresponded to a larger room with a sofa. Facility was stitched up to the breakfast area outside ... was covered ... breakfast was ok, very urban but with fresh egg food that were also good when the translation of the desire was also right. Grave riders had a little effort with the location...I had several dismissals ...All in all ...No recommendation

The venue was lovely and the room was clean and very well decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and luxurious. The staff was super welcoming and they helped us book a tuktuk to go in town. They really do everything to have us spend a great stay. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant menu had both Thai and Western dishes all delicious. Highly recommended and would love to stay there again !

After watching ”A Pair of Nature” last year, I decided to go to the big city. This is exactly what I imagined for a kunpi family: wooden stilt houses, living by the river, with wooden boats docked by the river, and overlooking the shore. You can also see the Chaiwatthanaram Temple in ”A Couple”. Sitting by the river at night, listening to the theme song, it seems that you can travel through time and space and return to the old city. Although there is no air conditioning in the room, it is not too hot. The toilets upstairs are open-air. If you are not used to it, there are also downstairs. The boss is an uncle who speaks English and is very good at talking. The lady boss always smiles and speaks very softly. The cooked food is very delicious, and can increase or decrease the spiciness according to the customer's request. What was particularly touched was that we left the room in the morning, spent a day outside, and planned to leave by train in the evening, and the lady boss happily asked us to wash in the bathroom. Just for such a humane place, I will come again next time I have a chance~(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑)Dear uncle and untie, thanks for your enthusiastic hospitality, which makes me love ayutthaya more!

Accommodation conditions are average. I came to work and slept at a fair price, so I didn’t bring many things, air-conditioner, transparent TV, water heater, good towels, shower gel, shampoo, 2 bottles of water, key insurance premium 100 per room, when can I get the wifi back, I don’t know Is there a hot spot in all private, not a restaurant here, good service, no noise, parking space, next to the river, nice view. But arriving late for work and leaving early, there is no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
