Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The carpet on the common areas looked quite rundown.
However, interior of the room was perfect. Room size was also generous. Location of the hotel is near amenities and fantastic eateries. Also 10 mins leisurely walking distance from Seogwipo’s everyday market, Seogwipo Submarine amd Cheonjiyeon waterfall. We were extremely sarisfied to have chosen this hotel. Value for money.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Very beautiful grounds. Lovely pool and real spa bath. Kids loved swimming and the pikachu blow up balloon. Food was pretty expensive - buffet breakfast for example was KW80k per person which reduces to KW68k for guesses. However, right next to the hotel are nice eateries where KW60k can get you a decent breakfast for a family of four. One night we were lazy and didn’t want to dine out and hotel room service was expensive (eg sea bass dish was KW70k) we asked concierge to help find good delivery, whilst most restaurant don’t deliver they do allow takeaway, the concierge helped arrange for a nearby restaurant to pick my wife up to take her to the restaurant to order and to take her back to the hotel. One day we didn’t want to book a tour so they suggested an English private taxi hire which costs KW250k per day which was great. We were able to get around and go to places we want at our leisure without being rushed by the tour entourage. Hotel was really far from the airport (1hrs drive at least) but near the Jeju temple, Alive museum, the waterfalls, the Cliff, the bear museum (where you can make teddy bears and other attractions. Hotel rooms were clean and nice. Had separate shower from bathtubs but the toilet was not enclosed. Loved the toilet seat though with Biden and all.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

It has a total of 429 rooms, including 38 suites, and has a well-organized Soombi Garden where you can feel the charm of Jeju's nature every season. The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about.
Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything.
2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

This places is designed for families with younger children. If thats you, you’ll have fun. There are tons of amenities, water parks etc. My wife and I are older. All of our children are adults, so we were traveling alone. We left the hotel a day early, simply because we couldn’t sleep on the bed any longer. Beds in Asia are generally much firmer than what westerners are used to, but that was the hardest before we’ve experienced in our travels.

Would definitely classify it as 5 stars accommodations in terms of the hotel environment, feel and service. However, the room does have some slight irks, such as cracks in the toilet wall, accumulated dust on the toilet complimentary kits, the wall plugs feeling loose, and air con not really cold. But given that it was at an affordable price, these irks can be overlooked.
And the bathtub was really tiny, that could only fit one person in a seated position, which was strange as the previous time we booked the room the tub was much bigger.

Hotel kenny mosulpo is more new compare to hotel Kenny Story Inn Seogwipo, hotel Kenny mosulpo room are bigger compare to Kenny story Inn Seogwipo but location still Kenny Seogwipo is better. Both hotel don’t provide big towel only small towel provided. There’re no air-con during spring season so the room is suffocated and I was sweating during my slept. So far I stay 4 different t hotel all hotel no air-con so have to open window to get some air but the downside are nosy. I think most hotel in Jeju air-con only available during summertime.

I would rate our overall stay a 7/10. It wasn’t bad but it was a little pricey in comparison to the properties nearby and the swimming pool using cost is too high.

* Too quiet and takes a lot of time to go to touristy places

* Extra charge for using the pool is too high (10000 krw/ person / day.
Negative Points
* Cannot refill plastic bottles, despite of them having a drinking water station at the breakfast, they wouldn’t allow you to use it. it’s a little hypocrite as they don’t provide plastic amenities for green initiatives but when we said we don’t want plastic bottles everyday and just want to fill our water bottle, they politely declined.
* A little more expensive than some hotels nearby this area.

Very good. The room can see Seongsan Sunrise Peak and the rapeseed fields outside the window. There is a little girl at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese and can meet basic communication needs. She is very polite.

MMei LengThe manager Jay was very attentive and friendly, checking with us our itinerary each day. He even gave us a free upgrade! The valet was very attentive to bring out our car around the time we were heading out. The hotel is within walking distance to the Olle Maeil Traditional Market and there are a fee convenience stalls nearby. Won't hesitate to stay here again or recommend my friends to stay here if they're exploring the Seogwipo area.

GGuest UserRoom and view of the water was amazing! There is construction on road leading to hotel but does not interfere with sleep. The elevators smell like mildew possibly dew to people getting in post pool and the carpets holding moisture. Awesome awesome views and amenities. The gym is located in front of the water!! Be aware of limited parking but don't allow this to deter you from renting a cars . Listed below are pictures of the view from the street.

LLana_adventuresThe hotel is located close to the port. Our balcony had an amazing view overlooking that port. The hotel is located in a super quite neighborhood, but at the same time it's easy to find cafes and restaurants to eat out. 7/11 shop with atm in in just around the corner.
Can't say anything about jacuzzi, because they were not working at the moment we visited.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

KKHannahWe've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.

RRoam809812In China, I know it is a national chain. This is a hotel in Seogwipo Innovation City. We provide decent service at a reasonable price. The rooms are narrow but satisfactory for the price. Toothpaste toothbrushes should be purchased separately. There was a parking tower but it seemed not to be operated and I had to park and walk in a public parking lot separately. There was no other amenities. Good thing was reasonable price and enough service, nothing to disappoint.

The bathroom water handle n metal bar gets heated up and burned our hands - very dangerous.
I love the kitchen with induction stove top but unfortunately no pots to boil ramen etc… no coffee or tea provided too.

FfscholarThe Ocean Blue Hotel was in fact quite nice, although I had been a bit concerned before I checked in. Room was clean in general. Two bottles of water were provided every day. TV was good. Wifi was fast. I did not have a chance to have a meal at the hotel. It is about 10 minutes to walk from the Jeju ICC. The room was very cheap with an amazing value. One issue is there is nothing within 10 minutes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For me, I had a meeting at the ICC, so it was okay.
