Everything is fine in the hotel. Apart from the front desk - guest service needs to improve. Especially ladies with long brown hair. While she was checking me in, she kept preening herself and using her Apple Watch before she continued checking me in.
when I was the guest so I need to wait her until she finish her things ?
I want to know it is correct for this behaviour?

Convenient location, walking distance from myeongdong station and just beside the shopping street. Nice view from the room too.

The hotel is being renovated. Downstairs is closed. There is no use of their aircon. According to the front desk, due to the current weather changes customers have no access to air conditioning but they can lend you a electric fan.
Their plugs are elevated on the wall (i.e. not close to the floor) so if your adapter is heavy it will fall out.
One day, they didn't give towels nor water.
The hotel location is fantastic though.
Our room view was of N.Seoul Tower.

Room rather small. Socket point insufficient and located at the desk area only. The rest are fine. Shopping is super convenient in the central of Myeong-dong.

Very nice location, they clean the room everyday, they just changed the aircon filter when we got there. Though they have centralised aircon, not an issue with us since it’s still cold season when we visited.

Aircon is centralized: even if it is hot inside, the hotel shut it down for the reason that it centralized. Could not have a relaxing sleep because even if it is cold outside, it is very hot inside the room: not comfortable.

Location no doubt is good. Near shopping and metro. Hotel I room is old, no refurbishment done, water pressure is low & not all staffs are friendly and helpful. I
