Aile bu oteli Lotteworld'e yakın olduğu için seçti. Otel, Lotte World'e yürüme mesafesinde. Çevrede marketler var. Ödeme yaparsanız kahvaltı veriliyor. 13. katta bir odamız vardı. Çift kişilik yatak ve tek kişilik yatak vardı. Süslemesiz, sade bir otel. Klima çalışmıyor gibi görünüyor çünkü geceleri hava soğuk olsa da kapatıyorlar. Tam boy pencereyi takdir ediyorum. Konumu için tekrar gelmeliyim ama yaz aylarındaysanız klima sorununu çözmeniz gerekiyor.

I booked this hotel for ７times i always stay at this rosana hotel When i come for the concert at kspo dome or ticket link it is very convenient,the staff is really polite and kind．Actually i am going to book for SHINee's concert in May

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room. Shower area has a shelf to hold additional items. Location wise, very good for a spring stay as it is in front of Seokchon Lake where the cherry blossom festival is held. There are many restaurants nearb, some of which are open 24h. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 15-20min walk to Jamsil Stn/the airport limo bus stop.

One of the receptionists was not very polite, we asked for additional bathroom slippers for a double room and the response we got was "no" without a proper explanation. The aircon was also not functioning properly and was blowing out hot air at night. Only plus point was that the room was extremely clean and housekeeping services were 10/10!

I made a book this hotel cuz I wanna go Lotte world adventure. In terms of that the location of the hotel is incredible. Anyone can go there by walk. And all the things of the hotel was clean. If I have plan to go near this area again, I would like to be here again =)

Nice boutique hotel with lots of food joints aroundand a bubble tea parlor jus below!

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were helpful and the room service was good. It was closely situated to the Lotte world entertainment park. This was good for our young son. There's also lots of small restaurants and convenience, stores around the hotel, so finding food is easy.

I booked this hotel because it was super close to Lotte world. Everything was great for one night and I found great lunch options nearby (didn't really explore but there's a lot to choose from it looks like). Only thing that I'll consider for next time is that food delivery apps drivers must leave the orders in the lobby for pickup by guests. But that's honestly not a big issue and I'll definitely come back if the price is right.
