I booked the hotel mainly for convenient access to Coex and the airport limousine bus, which departs for Incheon T1 &T2 from the City Air Terminal building opposite. It's a very clean and modern business hotel with Macs and 7 Eleven downstairs - I was happy with my room size, CBTL pantry amenities and housekeeping. Plenty of shopping nearby at Hyundai Duty Free, Parnas and Coex, with Lotte World Mall and Seoul Sky Observatory another few stops away via Line 2 Samseong Station. Not Myeongdong, Insadong or Bukchon though. These areas are at least 40-45 minutes away via the subway (with transfers required) or bus (if you're lucky not to get caught in Gangnam traffic).

This a medium range business style hotel. The room was smaller than seemed on the pictures. The price was high compared to a hotel nearby my colleague stayed in. There was no breakfast.

Nothing to compare except that they do not lend out umbrellas.
There is a convenience store and McDonald's just at the Ground floor

Room is a bit small and the bed is also a bit small. Location is very good but the hotel is not the best for couples

excellent location, friendly staff, very clean (the cleaner aunty will make chase after each dirt n litters) should have more meeting rooms
