Çok küçük bir oda. Ev temizliği rahatsız etme sırasında bile odayı rahatsız etmeye devam ediyor. Fiyatına göre tamam… ama bir dahaki sefere başka bir yer seçeceğim

One Friends temalı odaya bayıldım! Bu sefer Brown odasında kalmalıyım ama umarım bir dahaki sefere Cony'nin pembe odasının keyfini çıkarabilirim.
Müşteri hizmetleri harikaydı, konumu metro ve havaalanı limuzin otobüsü, yakınlarda çok sayıda market ve restoran için çok uygundu. Büyük alışveriş merkezlerine ve eğlenceli yürüyüş alanlarına da kolayca erişilebilir. Bu oteli ve bu odayı kolaylık, harika olanaklar ve havaalanına kolay erişim isteyen herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Sadece hızlı bir hafta sonu gezisi için buradaydım, ama yakında tekrar ziyaret etmeyi umuyorum.

Konumu iyi ancak check-in gününde aşırı kötü bir deneyim.
Personelin, konum nedeniyle hiçbir iletişim sorunu olmadan ve coz olmadan İngilizce konuşabildiğine dair birçok yorumu okuyun.
Sabah 9 civarında sabahın erken saatlerinde vardığımızda, kontuarda müsait oda varsa erken check-in için ödeme yapıp yapamayacağımızı soruyoruz. Turumuz iptal edildiğinden personel ne kadar denediysek anlayamadı, pes etti ve yürüyüşe çıktı.
14.45'te geri dönüş, yalnızca öğleden sonra 3'te check-in yapabileceğimiz konusunda bilgilendirildi. 15 dakika önceydi ve çok kalabalıktı, bunun kültür olup olmadığından emin değilim. Hepsinden kötüsü!!! Lütfen check-in sırasında verilen odanın fotoğrafını aşağıda bulabilirsiniz. Temizlenmemiş oda!
Çocuklar odaya girerken çok heyecanlıydı, ta ki sürprizler gelene kadar.. 5. hattı aradılar ve birisinin telefonu açması en uzun süreyi aldı ama yanıt alamadı.
Onun hatası olmasa bile özür dileyen çok güler yüzlü bir personel ile ön büroya gittim. Müdürün gelmesi biraz zaman aldı ve yeni bir odayı değiştirmeden önce araştırması gerektiğini söyledi.
3. gecemizde kart erişimi başarısız oldu, kartların hiçbiri oda için çalışmıyor.
En kötüsünün ne olduğunu bilmiyorum. Ben sadece şanssız olanım.

Otel iyi bir konuma sahiptir, alışveriş merkezine ve birçok otobüs durağına sadece 10 dakika uzaklıktadır. İçeride bir kafe var. Ancak personelin bir kısmı son derece rahatsız edici olabilir ve masaya bir soru sorduğunuzda merhaba bile demeyin. Bagajınızı saklamanız için sizden 1000 Kwon ücret alıyorlar. Odalar küçük ve pek temiz değil. Orada tekrar kalmam.

Rooms and hotel well maintain clean and looks new. Ours was platform bed, Queen size + single bed good for family and have bath tub too. Amenities provided good quality too. No adjoining room but hotel staff was really great to provide room side by side. Easy check in and check out. Thou location slight away from train station abt 10-15min walk but it is quiet and there are lots of food options around esp behind the hotel. Nice big new washer and dryer at 4000 won. The airport bus is just outside hotel at the entrance of the road, very convenient. Ediya Coffee + 24hr eMart just at corner of the hotel.

Pros: Location is very good, just about 7 mins walking distance to either City Hall station or Hoehyeon station. About 10 mins walking distance to Myeongdong and Namdaemun. Very convenient. Check in/out hassle free. Can keep luggages in the locker for free only for the first 12 hrs. There’s coin laundry at the basement which really helped us not necessary to bring too many clothes. They provide lotions, moisturizers, eye & lip make up remover in the room. Room size is decent, slightly small for 3 adults. Bathroom is fine, there’s bathtub as well.
Cons: Breakfast buffet not many varieties, there’s no egg station. We didn’t book the room with breakfast but we decided to try the buffet breakfast and pay KRW 19,800, but we’re a bit disappointed with the breakfast spread.
From our 6 nights stay, there’s one day we’re slightly late go out (around 10.30am) the housekeeping didn’t vacuum the floor and carpet in the room, didn’t replenish the toiletries, didn’t really make the bed properly and didn’t clean the shower area properly.

When the news mentioned there was severe bed bugs situation in korea. After we stayed in this hotel it is no wonder bed bugs thrive here. This hotel basically has terrible cleanliness for a Japanese brand hotel. Unbelievable really It is a hair hotel. Hair everywhere!!
When you let the front service know about your issue they are not even apologetic and they even give a look like it’s normal.
On the second day in the morning I told the front desk about my issue and with the Japanese toilet bowl system not working as it should be expecting them to fix it but nothing happen and they had to fix it at like 12 midnight the night itself, dirtying the toilet. Besides that there was hair everywhere on my bed so much so that I had to ask for a change of room. There was even an unknown plaster on my bathtub. Yikes!
Despite the hotel wasting our precious holiday time by shifting for the sake of cleanliness because we had no choice, the hotel duty manager did not provide any form of service gesture which I believe is the norm like free breakfast or late checkout to compensate for the inconvenienced they caused us.

Besides the location I will definitely not stay here again.
