Henn-na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

2度目の宿泊です。前回も今回もトイレのつまり、お風呂のお湯が出ないことに悩まされました。 せっかく湯船があっても、お湯が出ないので、風邪をひいてしまいました。 皆がお湯を使っているからボイラーが間に合わないから時間をずらしてと言われました。 また、髪の毛やゴミ、埃がたくさんあり、シーツは茶色いシミがあり買えてもらいました。 入り口の自動ドアがいつも開かず、毎回大変でした。 地下にコインランドリー、電子レンジ、製氷器がありますが、臭すぎて… エアコンも、調整しにくく、空調も快適ではありませんでした。 とにかく、非衛生的で、使いにくく、お金を返してもらいたいくらいです EVは、カードキーで自分の階にしかいけないので、安全です 地下に秤がありますが、空港で計ったら全く違っていましたので気をつけたほうが良いかと思います スタッフさんは、良い方ばかりでした あと、傘の貸し出しがあり、助かりました

This place saved me from the horrible experience at 3guesthouse myeongdong. It's clean it's quite convenient and it's quiet. It's modern and it is a comfortable stay. Only downside is that it is a lil bit small for 3 luggages!

トイレに手洗い場がない💦 洗面所にタオル掛けがなく、洋服ハンガーにタオルを掛けないといけない不便差‼️ 部屋が狭く、スーツケースの置き場所に困る‼️ 値段の割に良くなかった。

房間是廁所與浴室分開的日式格局，可能是日本的酒店品牌，空間非常小但是佈局還算合理，我們房間窗户稍微看得到首爾塔，地理位置離地鐵及商店街衹有幾步的距離，相當方便。 然而床單以及座椅污漬嚴重，床單上盡是肉眼可見的明險臟污，其他評價也都有提及到衞生的問題，入住前需做好心理準備，現場前台沒有人，衹有機器人站台，遇到問題的尋求幫助的管道標識不清楚，服務尚需改進

This Hotel is so nice, just walk 3 mins to Mentor, and 7-11 just in front Hotel, next time we stay in Myeongdong than I will pick it up again, by the way this is my first time fly to Seoul, everything is so nice, the service also fabulous, and street food tasty so so beautiful.

The hotel is conveniently located. There is a convenient store opposite the hotel where you can get whatever you may need. I could see Namsan Tower from my hotel room. The hotel staff were also helpful. They helped us call for the cab to go to the airport. Will definitely stay there again!

立地は良かったです。明洞でしたが、夜は静かでした。まだ新しいのに排水溝？下水？分かりませんがとにかく臭いのが辛かったです。 部屋が無かったのか、障害者用のお部屋でトイレのドアの開閉の度に「ドアが開く、閉じる」みたいなアナウンスがあり、結構大きめな音量だったので、夜中にトイレにいくと起こしてしまうのではないかと思い我慢しました。

I love the location & the robot Genie that sent amenities to our room. The only downside is for family with kid, I suggest to book extra room or another hotel. As the hotel does not provide extra pillow. They allow kids to stay for free but they do not provide anything for them at all. We’ve stayed for 6 nights and it was really uncomfortable with only 2 pillow allow per room. overall it’s a nice hotel and a very good location if you are only staying with another friend, partner or by yourself. They give you privacy by sending robot to your room.

本人這次入住體檢，評價為差，原因 1. 本人26／1入住時根本用不到那個登記號碼，要找職員，職員協助登入新號碼後便走，沒有說原因，之後要繼續自己登記。 2 . 27／1 是我的丈夫生日，想去食他喜歡的，但那飯店是要預約，所以便找酒店職員幫忙，但他們說不可代客人預約，因為是公司電話，當時我並提議出多種方法協助我預訂，那位職員還是說不可以。 3. 酒店用的枕頭是那種很扁的，要求酒店加枕頭，職員說每人限一個，最後每晚要在枕頭下面加外套，這樣才不致平睡。但這酒店是較新，離明洞近（本來就是訂明洞）價錢是便宜。 My check-in health check-up this time gave me a poor evaluation. The pillows used in the hotel are the kind that are very flat. They asked the hotel to add more pillows. The staff said that each person is limited to one, and finally put a coat under the pillow every night, so as not to sleep flat. But this hotel is relatively new, and the price is cheap because it is close to Myeongdong (it was originally booked Myeongdong).
