I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Catedral Boutique (aka Hostal Leonardo da Vinci on Agoda). Firstly, the staff forgot to send me the access code in advance, and they also failed to respond to my emails. We couldn't locate the guesthouse because it was named Catedral Boutique, not "Hostal Leonardo da Vinci", which I booked with Agoda). The check-in process was highly inconvenient and frustrating. We waited more than 30 minutes in front of the door. Additionally, the air-conditioner in the room was extremely dusty, resulting in poor air quality. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant. Furthermore, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. The most disappointing aspect was the poor soundproofing in the room. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and the sound of doors opening and closing very clearly, which made it difficult for me to sleep and relax. Overall, my experience at Hostal Leonardo da Vinci, aka Catedral Boutique was highly unsatisfactory. Please DON'T book this guesthouse if you have enough time to look for other options.
