Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla

在老城區裏面的歷史酒店，出門即景點！不過房間偏小，會比較悶。另外網約車無法開到酒店門口，衹能叫出租車。

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. So stunningly decorated. That is in a central location. But yet, so quiet. Quite literally just around the corner to the cathedral and the real Alcazar. The staff are so incredibly lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. They also throw in the most amazingly, scrumptious afternoon tea for free. Which consisted of fresh fruit salad, bacon/ meat rolls, yoghurt, pastries, fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee. We consider ourselves very well travelled and this is among one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its deserves 5 stars!

Our second time in Seville, and we wanted to chose a different hotel from our first visit. The location is very central, the hotel beautifully done and the b&b option was perfect for our needs. The gluten free options were very limited, but I didn’t go hungry. We had a suite - a good size & beautifully decorated, although a little tired in places (sofa had pen marks, shower door would not close & the handle fell off the bedside drawer). It was very clean & the bed was comfortable, although sleep was a little disturbed by loud footsteps from the room above. We had a jacuzzi on a small internal balcony which worked well but we only used once. The staff were pleasant, but the front desk did not look up when you entered or left the hotel. Maybe it’s a UK thing but a ‘good morning’ or ‘have a good day’ would go a long way. Please do not use the airport transfer the hotel offer. It costs more than an Uber and the service was shocking. We were collected in a damaged car & were left stranded on our return journey to the airport. They dictated a time which we were not allowed to change, and then did not turn up on time. To cut a very long and stressful story short, we ended up wandering around the main square ‘looking’ for our driver in crowd of 300 people whilst continually phoning the hotel. With an hour to go before our check-in closed we decided to get an Uber. Shame, as it ruined our stay. After emailing twice, the hotel did apologise & refunded the one-way transfer cost, but it’s not the service you expect from a 4* hotel. It’s not cheap and there are certainly better hotels to choose from.

We stayed as a couple at Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla for four nights in May in a delightful room (303). There were chocolates and champagne awaiting us, along with a thoughtful note of welcome. Anna at the front desk was very warm and friendly as well as very helpful with her recommendations and suggestions. Breakfast was offered in a cozy, yet charming and elegant room. Complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely gesture. The hotel is ideally located - a three minute walk to Seville's Alcazar Palace, cathedral, and bell tower, La Giralda. Metropol Parasol and Maria Luisa Park are also easily accessible (~20 minute walk). Would highly recommend!

Situated in the old town of Seville, close to the Cathedral, Hotel Casa 1800 is in a beautiful old building, which has been sympathetically restored. We booked a Junior Suite, which was very spacious, clean and with all amenities. A buffet breakfast was served in the atrium and we managed to get back for one of the Afternoon Teas as well! The Staff were very friendly and attentive and also arranged our transfer to and from the Airport. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay very special.

Friendly reception staff. Complimentary drinks and afternoon tea on arrival. Lovely view from the terrace with a swimming pool which we didn’t use but looked very inviting. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Seville. Thank you very much indeed

We had an excellent stay here for five nights. The staff were charming, the room and the building were both very nice and the location is wonderful for easy access to the sights. We both enjoyed the afternoon teas and the breakfast buffet. We would both be very happy to go back and stay there again.

The hotel is in a perfect location for easy walking to most of the beautiful sites in Seville as well as easy access to amazing restaurants. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. My husband had a sore throat and they made an extra effort to provide sliced lemons and honey to help us. In addition the beds were the most comfortable of our trip (Barcelona, Madrid, Granada) and the breakfast and tea delicious. Our stay at Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla felt like a peaceful oasis at the end of each day of sightseeing. We will return!
