Hotel Mercer Sevilla 5 GL

We loved our time at the Mercer hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with perfect recommendations for sight-seeing and dining. The location is within walking distance of all the must-see venues in Seville. Highly recommended! It can be challenging traveling with a young adult daughter when it comes to rooms. The room was perfect - very spacious for European standards. Wish the Mercer brand was world-wide!

The (Mercer hotel ) has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their basic rooms, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! The team treated us like home . Really good service . And helpful .

The Mercer hotel is stunning!! A definite 5 star experience, not to be missed if visiting Sevilla. It is a small boutique hotel with 11 rooms, a bar, massive Lounge area ( beautifully decorated and curated), a dining room, an area to work/ read etc and a beautiful rooftop with a pool. The room was a great size with a king sized bed. 10/10 for comfort and sleep. The bathroom & shower were super clean with a large walk in shower. Complimentary fridge, turn down service etc. The service at Mercer is impeccable in every way. Reception staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and smiley. A very special mention goes to Pablo - the head concierge. He is an absolute star ⭐️ The best service we have had from any staff member in all the hotels we have stayed in. His English was perfect. He gave us daily directions, suggestions, booked tickets, tours, transportation and restaurants for us. He kept us updated daily. He is so welcoming & kind. He will make your holiday & is a huge asset to Mercer hotels. We will definitely return! P.s very central to everything within walking distance.

A beautiful boutique hotel with the most comfortable stay we have ever had on a vacation. The highlight of the stay was the staff and their hospitality. At the outset, Pablo, head concierge, handled our enquiries with utmost pleasure and ease and he went out of his way to ensure we are more than at home. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds and pillows are su0er comfortable. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sevilla.

I can’t say enough good things about this exquisite boutique hotel in the historic center of Sevilla. Unimposing from the street, when you walk in, you enter a stunning building with a tranquil, atrium courtyard, decorated with incredibly good taste. From the get go, the service was personal and highly attentive, as befits a deluxe small hotel. The staff was extraordinarily attentive to our every need. Our room was richly — sumptuously — decorated, not huge but big enough, with a nice size bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and while we sacrificed any view, the room at the back of the hotel was as quiet a room at night as I’ve experienced in a hotel. Though it was a bit too cool for a swim, the hotel sports a small pool on the roof where it would be nice to cool off on a hot summer day and have a drink. The hotel provided a welcome treat in our room and two complimentary welcome drinks in the cozy lobby bar. The hotel does not have exercise facilities, but I easily found a great running path along the river. It is a very short walk from the hotel to the amazing Cathedral and other sights in the historic district, via the warren of narrow streets and alleys in which to wander and lose one’s self. Everything about this hotel is understated elegance, tranquility and quality — a five star, world class experience. There are quite a few highly rated hotels in Sevilla and I had a hard time deciding where to stay, but we really hit the jackpot with the Mercer.

Absolute gem of a hotel! Beautiful, comfortable with all of the extra touches that make a hotel feel warm. The staff is very friendly & helpful, the location is fabulous for walking around Sevilla, and the hotel itself is elegant and charming.
