Casa Palacio Don Pedro

We enjoyed our stay very much. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and well furnished, the building is obviously old and the windows facing the street don't seal very well, and because of this and its centric location it is expected to hear some street noises at night, but it is nothing able to change my rating.

Hotel location is at the center, around many restaurants and bars.. close to parking areas

Nice hotel in Seville, reasonable walking distance to most things. Pros: * good location * friendly staff * tea/coffee available * 24 hr reception * good security * water in rooms * good lighting Cons: * doors hard to open * weird little half bath (room 1) and shower pressure not great * ground floor rooms are noisy due to street noise * no breakfast

Hotel is clean and amenities are good. There was no response from the hotel initially to our repeated requests. They finally responded after a couple of escalations. Hotel stay was good though.

Good location. Near to centre of old town, parasol , and el Rincóncillo pub.

This hotel was recommended by friends. It was perfectly located and everything was within walking distance. We had a family room, which was a good size for us and our daughter. It was great because the room had blackout blinds. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The staff at the hotel were so knowledgeable about the local area and good placed to eat etc. It was right near the famous El Rinconcillio. Good value for money for a centrally located hotel in Seville.

The positives: Staff were very friendly and had great local knowledge (especially Lolo) Location was good, right beside one of the oldest bars in the city and a 10 minute stroll to the centre. Room was basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room had a good working aircon unit. The negatives: Wifi never worked and worse we couldn’t get consistent mobile connectivity to even tether off our own data. Was almost impossible to sleep before 1-1.30am as we had a ground floor room on the street and between the noise of reception and outside it made it impossible. Same goes from 6.30am onwards so we had two terrible nights from a sleeping perspectve. Bathroom could do with updating but was useable. No fridge in room, this was a small thing but would add a lot especially given the heat in seville. Overall if they invested a bit in sound proofing and updating the bathrooms we would probably stay here again. The staff make you very welcome and the location is good.
