This holiday hotel is amazing. It's right on the water and the terrace has fabulous views. The suites are large and well arranged. The kitchen affords a stove, fridge, and necessary utensils. More critically, it has a washing machine! The location is amazing - right in the middle of the town, with all the stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A 35 mins train ride takes you directly into Palermo downtown. The owner, Vincenzo, is fantastic, really welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Overall of the property was average. But!!! The people in town they were just so so friendly to tourists! Especially the owner of Royal burger, staffs and their regular customers! Very very nice people! Will be back! Looking forward to seeing you guys again! Thank you all!

Great experience staying here. Very nice room and walking distance to everything you could need. Vincenzo was very helpful. I will be staying here again next year!

My entire family had a wonderful time staying at Palermo Mare. We had the little apartment with the kitchen and terrace overlooking the harbor at Sferracavallo. Our kids had their own room and bathroom, while my husband and I enjoyed the terrace bedroom. The air conditioning worked well and the ceiling fans were very useful, especially at night. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortably furnished. There is a well-known bakery on the ground floor so every morning we purchased delicious pasties (my favorite is the treccia with chocolate chips). We really appreciated the coffee and moka in the kitchen so we could have our breakfast right on the terrace watching the boats go back and forth. We had rented a car so we took advantage of the private parking lot (extra € 10 a day). I highly recommend staying at Sferracavallo at the lovely Palermo Mare! PS Don’t forget to go to the rooftop terrace!

This place is more than perfect ❤️ perfect location in the beautiful Sferracavallo a place with lovely local people and many bars, restaurants, cafes, and the fish market just around the corner of the hotel. The best location ever to connect to different amazing sites. The hotel has an amazing view and the rooms are clean, comfortable and the attention is great. The decorations is beautiful and the views in the balcony are just perfect! Walking distance to train and buses. The train to city centre is less tag 2€. There are so many things to do around the area, you can walk to the natural Reserve and swim in the amazing rocky beach that has natural swimming pools 😍 If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ to this hotel I would! It has everything you need for your dreamily holidays.

Nice place, But make sure you have an apartment with terrace and se view. Centrally located in Sferracavallo, close to restaurants, shops, bakery and a small beach.

È il secondo anno che prenotiamo la stessa stanza che a dir poco è stupenda. Personale gentilissimo peccato che 7 giorni sono pochi. Un posto unico con tutti i comfort a disposizione anche se non si vuole prendere la macchina.

Così sintetizzerei in una frase l'esperienza incredibile che ho vissuto nell'ultima settimana in questa location così suggestiva e unica. Un vero e proprio "Museo del Mare", a partire dall'arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli per rendere l'esperienza il più vicino possibile a quella che si prova quando si è in una nave piena di reperti storici che hanno come protagonista il mare! Tutto ciò rende tutto molto accogliente e caratteristico. La stanza super confortevole, il proprietario veramente molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Aggiungo che una cosa che differenzia questa struttura dalle altre è anche un bel Solarium con una vista sul golfo di Sferracavallo dove è possibile rilassarsi dopo essere stati in giro tutto il giorno davanti a una birra fresca o a un bel cannolo tipico siciliano :)
