we had an amazing time staying at the Delphin habib hotel , big shoutout to the animation team ( choco , hassan and Amir in particular) as they made us feel so welcoming and we’re unbelievably friendly . The receptionists and cleaners are also really friendly and helpful , zizou the trip organiser was also very nice to us and made it easy for us to book trips at a reasonably cheap price . The food is very authentic and mediterranean not very good for fussy eaters as they have no plain options like chips and nuggets however the restaurant on site ( the view ) is lovely food for a very good price. The only down side to this hotel is how long you have to wait for beach towels if you do not bring your own but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Tunisia, the hotel rooms are clean , the staff are all kind and welcoming and it is a beautiful country to visit.

Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

Great staff, polite and non-introduced, animation show super cool. The room with sea view arranged us. Dinner is delicious and varied, but breakfasts I didn't like very much, for 5* little choice. Absolute cleanliness, convenient bed, bed linen and towels as new, neats and slippers branded in a separate packaging, the present from the hotel in the form of fruit was also very enjoyable. It is strange that there are no cheeslons (!) in the free pool!

The hotel is a very fine one. Yes, it has its mistakes and shortcomings (I have read the one star reviews before) but you simply cannot except much more for this price and location. + : Staff is super friendly and understanding with kids (except for 1 person). There is a lot of folks working there! Really a lot.. Amazing amount of workforce.. Never seen before in Europe that much people working in hotel. Pools are as good as on the photos. Beds are excellent. Food is constantly available. Food for kids is even more constantly available :) For diners you can get away from the crowd by booking for the 'special' diners . Same kitchen, same taste, you don't get to choose from dozens of food, you get what they prepare, but there is no crowd. Simple tradeoff. We were in a suite w sea view - it was ok, first room on the corridor, we had like 90 degrees view. -: There are mosquitos. Not a lot, but red haired white skinned kids can suffer a bit from them. The hotel is applying gas to control the mosquito population but additionaly nets would be nice on the terrace doors. Food is what you can get when there are hundreds of people on all inclusive. That simply requieres a food factory. There was no food of dubious quality, sometimes the tastes were not to our liking, yet you trully have a wide range of dishes to choose from. So it wasn't a fine dining experience but it was totally ok and sometimes even more. Drinks are not the best. The all inclusice includes wines and beer which we tried only once and opted for the extras after that (bottled beer and wine from the a la carte menu). But it was not expensive at all so even if you are a bit pricky, like we were, you won't have to spend a lot. The half day camel riding program is a disaster. They take you to the outskirts of the next town where is a LOT of rubbish everywhere. It was like touring in a garbage dump. Outside the hotel the country is, well, not too nice. Garbage heaps, garbage, shredding and flaking plastic, and some more garbage. :( Unfinished buildings, half demolished buildings, etc. So the hotel is like a totally different world. The sea and the pools were a bit cold in mid June. A bit. Good between 11 and 4, not particularly inviting when the sun was otherwise not shone strongly. The sand on the beach on one hand is superb, yet there is some debris from construction! Pieces of broken brick. But not covered with it, only some. The so called amusement programmes are tooo loud. We were running away from it every time it started, they turned up the bass and played some techno - but we are a family prefering quite environment. Also there was a part of the evening program that was meant to be entertaining, but it was very very strong for us - the joke was that a male member of the staff dressed up as a woman, and they called 4 ladies on stage who had to walk and look sexy, etc. But again - you don't have to go there. A awesome place to spend on it the holidays. We get a beautiful room. Nice delicious food. And we get a fabulous time with the animation crew they are so lovely. We like also all the shows that they make at the night like Latino Cabaret shows international they are a fantastic dancers. Definitely recommend

Just spent 2 weeks here and giving my honest opinion. First off, The hotel is classed as a 4* this is true in terms of the resort itself. The hotel is spotless, good variety of food although quite repetitive. Indoor pool was good, the louder ”party” pool is good for a few drinks and taking in the entertainment from the excellent animation team. The quiet pool was perfect for the first week great place for a swim and to relax and soak up the sun, the second week we were there saw it become another party pool with people using Bluetooth speakers to play music loudly, put us off returning for a few days in all honesty. What isn't 4* is the rooms, we had a ”superior room” beds were comfy enough but pillows were terrible, far too large in height. We had a few issues in the room, the bathroom light switch was more or less hanging off the wall with a large gap along the top of it. The main light in the room was useless as it didn't come on unless you held the switch on the wall down, soon as you let go the light went off. We also had the bottom half of our door handle come loose and struggled to gain access to the room, that being said once reported to reception it was fixed that day. Can't fault the maids, when they done the rooms up while we were out during the day we came back to the room being spotless. I also feel like there was a real language barrier between us and reception which wasn't ideal, we found it a real challenge to get anyone to understand us most times and we were not the only ones who thought this after speaking to other guests. One other negative was the 3 guys who try and sell you excursions within the hotel, I say 3 but really it was only 1 of them who was really pushy when it came to selling the trips. We were approached by 2 of the men and we politely declined and were not bothered again. One of them was really bad, believe his name was Nabil. He was at us most days more or less pressuring us to book a trip, we told him several times we weren't interested but he just kept trying. I get that they are trying to make money but when your there for a relaxing holiday it's quite off putting. Negatives aside a final special mention to 4 absolute gents who are employed here who really made a difference to this review. 1st is Nomen in the restaurant, he worked like a Swiss watch no matter how busy the place was he was always on top of our drinks and always very welcoming and friendly, when Nomen wasn't working the service was pretty bad in terms of having to get our own cutlery and stuff from other empty tables. 2nd is Khmaise, this man might very well be the kindest happiest man I've ever met, he works so hard for everyone and I feel he goes unnoticed by a lot of guests for the work he does, he never once passed us without saying hello to us, an utter gentleman and an absolute credit to the resort. 3rd is Alexi from the animation team, the whole animation team were great but Alexi was a stand out. As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.

The hotel is close to the sea and the ancient city of Sousse. The transportation is convenient, the access is very convenient, the room rate is cheap, and a dinner is included, but the room facilities are very old, the toilet has no threshold, the water is easy to overflow, and there is no quilt on the bed. Sleeping is very cold at night.
