Mr Henry is the best host. As a foreigner, my Shanghai would have been a disaster if it had not been for his help. The service deserves 10 stars.
A friendly reminder: you need to contact him via WeChat in advance to get the homestay exact location. Mine was located exactly on Yuyuan Road, which is just what I need.

The room is very clean and tidy, suitable for 3 people to stay. The location of the homestay is great too, around 5-6 minutes walking distance to the Jiangsu Road metro station. Overall, we are satisfied with the staying experience!! Recommended to stay too!!
民宿非常干净整洁，设备齐全，民宿也非常靠近江苏路地铁站，大约5-6分钟行走就能抵达地铁站，非常推荐住宿，性价比高！！住了8晚都感到满意的！！

房間乾淨舒適，床品，毛巾也都是新的，用着很踏實。非常好的一家民宿，房間裝修的很有品味，所有店員都熱情負責，入住前會拉羣，有問必答。看了下這家店基本在熱門商圈都有房源，下次來還會選擇這家。

萬萬沒想到在上海能訂到如此奇葩的民宿，不知道評分怎麼這麼高的，原本是為了方便想定在江蘇路地鐵附近，看到這個民宿很近，評分高且有孩子喜歡的loft+雙床，想着是挺不錯的，但是我們住的“晗”實際在桃江路，民宿介紹裏提到了位置不一定在江蘇路附近，但是還是比我預想的要遠，大約相距3.5公里，但是考慮到孩子喜歡，就沒有再換酒店了。我們去完迪士尼，晚上9點多入住，帶着孩子到民宿想着趕緊讓孩子睡覺，卻發現沒有洗手液、沒有飲用水，溝通後客服説水這類入口的為了安全他們不提供，洗手液叫了外賣送來，第二天一早發現小半卷卷紙用完了，溝通後客服説會再叫外賣送來，我提出質疑為什麼沒有備用，她才提到櫃子裏一般會有備用，也沒有明確説明在哪個櫃子裏，靠自己翻櫃子發現還剩餘2卷抽紙，客服問抽紙的時候才知道房間會提供抽紙，而空的抽紙盒也被放在櫃子裏。房間衞生也令人堪憂，枕頭上有黑色印記，不知是洗不凈還是放東西壓上去的印子，樓梯台階下等一些位置的衞生看起來像很久沒人住過的房子，最最奇葩的就是誰會在房間裏安聲控燈呢，如果怕下樓危險安個小夜燈也是更適合的吧，正逢我們感冒咳嗽之際，晚上一咳嗽，樓梯燈就亮了，整個屋子亮堂堂的，下樓上個廁所，踩在樓梯上腳步稍重燈就亮了，隔音還不好，早上樓上很多人的腳步聲，喧鬧聲，聲音大到聲控燈也會亮，一晚上就看燈亮亮滅滅的。對了，房間內也沒有個掛衣服的衣架，衞生間水池的龍頭和淋浴的龍頭是共用的，個頭高的人洗澡很費勁，臉池很小，洗臉水會到處飛濺，老房子廁所小也能理解吧，就感覺整體是湊活了一晚上，400的房子還不如在江蘇路訂一間300的全季靠譜，確實很失望，好在毛巾都是洗凈封在塑料袋中的，客服們的回覆解決問題很及時。

位置離平台定位有八百多米，虛假宣傳。在破舊樓裏的串串房，睡一晚上所有人都頭昏眼睛腫嗓子疼，可能是甲醛。

มีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูงเพราะคุณจะติดต่อเจ้าของที่พักได้ยากมากในครั้งแรก เมื่อมาถึงจะไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาอธิบายวิธีใช้อุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในห้องให้คุณ ถ้าคุณอ่านภาษาจีนออกคุณจะไม่มีปัญหาตรงจุดนี้ เครื่องเครื่องฟอกอากาศเก่าและเสียงดังมาก หากคุณเปิดกลางคืนคุณอาจจะไม่สามารถหลับได้เพราะเสียงรบกวน อุปกรณ์ในห้องหลายอย่าง หลายจุดไม่สะอาดเช่นในตู้เย็นมีเศษอาหารตกค้าง ไดร์เป่าผมมีฝุ่น ตู้เก็บรองเท้ามีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก(กรุณาอย่าเปิดก่อนสวมผ้าปิดจมูก)
