Review for G Hotel, Shanghai
I had a great stay at G Hotel in Shanghai. The room was clean and comfortable, and my children really enjoyed their time there. The location is convenient, close to the metro and Disneyland. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but decent.

We enjoyed our stay at this new & sparkling clean hotel, good sound proof, we didn’t hear any noise even though our room was facing the railway track with open views. In the room there’s clothes washing & dryer machine, big fridge with complimentary soft drinks. Next to the hotel within one to few minutes walk, there’re some good local restaurants, Mc Donald, convenient store, Costco & train station. There’s free scheduled shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland, the bus driver was very friendly, helpful & informative. Taking the train was convenient & cheap too. Service was exceptionally excellent from G hotel staff especially Luke. A few days prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel through Trip & lucky to get Luke on the line to let him know our request with another booking for room next to each other as our 2 booking arrival time was on different time & date. We were impressed by Luke’s efficiency & great help, he took initiative to double checked with us with WeChat, reconfirmed our booking date & arrival time, updated us when he had assisted us in arranging & prepared our 2 rooms on the same floor & nearby each other.
We didn’t request to check in upon our early morning arrival, we were delightfully surprised, highly appreciated & greatly thankful to Luke whom without being asked, he helped checked us in immediately & early when he saw I was traveling with my elderly mother on wheelchair, he accompanied us & assisted to bring our luggages up to the room. Thank you very much Luke for your bespoke hospitality & seamless service straight from the heart. We are grateful & thankful for your kindness & hospitality.

Superb for service . we arrived at hotel since 9:00 AM in the morning with very tired long flight from Bangkok. The staff take 30 min to prepare our room for early check in. we are very appreciated for her kind support. Moreover than the hotel is very close to Metro station also the free service bus to SH disney land has convenience for easy manage to travel. Once we have chance to visit SH disney land again definitely we will book G hotel.

Direct shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland resort. Costco is next to the hotel so as the train station. Very clean guest room with a free upgrade.

The room is clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding and a gorgeous bathroom. The hotel is near to Disneyland where the magic happens, the icing on top would be the free shuttle to and from the hotel provided in the morning and at night. Excellent hospitality at the front desk by Li Jun Hao!
