Sofitel Shanghai North Bund

Really pleased to pick this 5* hotel out of all the options in Shanghai to spoil the Mrs. Super new, immaculate throughout, as it opened in 2024. Don’t miss out on breakfast as the patisserie options, combined with west and east breakfast choices were very good. Top service from all staff, special shout out to concierge Jerry who made sure my wife and I had the most comfortable weekend away. He even offered several sights and recommendations that were perfect for us.

As for family members which was deluxe twin bedroom which has two twin beds in one room. Originally we chose when you want breakfast, but because of very kind support from the hotel we could have for breakfast for the whole family. It was beyond my expectation so I was so surprised thanks again to Patric who assisted our stay. Also, the whole condition of the hotel is preferably very high-quality and fresh as it is built this year. I wish we could have stay few more nights if you stay in Shanghai. Besides the hotel you can easily stop by one significant building, 1933 

The hotel was very new and clean. Location is good. Hotel staff service was excellent, and they were very warm and friendly! Hotel decoration was beautiful and inspired by French architecture. The key concierge Ambassador Mr. JERRY was exceptionally professional, warm, kind and knowledgeable! He provided very good recommendations to local eating places, tips and trips to explore the city. Throughout our stay he checked in with us to make sure we had a most comfortable stay at the hotel. He was most helpful and very patient in answering many questions! We will definitely recommend friends and family.

His knowledge and willingness to assist made our stay so much smoother, and we truly appreciated his dedication and also extended our check out period. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing escape. The amenities were top-notch, and every interaction with the staff left us feeling valued. sofitel Shanghai is a newly opened hotel,the layout is very French. The front desk upgrade for me as i am platinum member.I highly address Elwyn at the concierge who is very professional and enthusiasm during the stay，I definitely will come back for him and his colleague.

Sofitel Shanghai North Bund was a lovely hotel. I arrived in a bit of a hurry to make an appointment, and Fiona was so accommodating with checking me in quickly. She upgraded my stay to a luxurious suite, and I was very impressed with the beautiful rooms. I travel to Shanghai frequently and will definitely stay here again.
