Highly recommended for cruise passengers. Free transportation to the cruise terminal. Shout out to James which handles all the luggage slips for us. We didn't print out anything and he got us all covered. Spotless and spacious room. Will definitely book this hotel again if we have to go on a cruise holiday in the future.

Hotel is new, clean, spacious. Location is great if you are going on cruise, otherwise nothing much around the area. River view rooms have unblocked view of fireworks.

There were concerns, however, they addressed it with efficiency. They upgraded the room providing a better view of the sea. I will surely comeback to this hotel.

Great stay at Cordis Seaworld. Clean and modern luxurious furnishings. Close proximity to a huge variety of retail clothes and children activities in the nearby mall. Recommended for all travellers awaiting upcoming cruises.

Modern hotel with a beautiful view of the cruise terminal. However, there are configuration issues in the hotel: air conditioning stops working overnight and I repeatedly woke up to a room 26-27 degrees warm in the morning from the sun heat. Even after changing my room, the problem persisted. The open and close curtains buttons are not reliable. Room cleaning is too aggressive: twice I went for breakfast at 8 am and on return found my room being cleaned - this prevented me from changing clothes and preparing to go out.

It’s very convenient to stay in this hotel if you are planning to go onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise.

It was a wonderful stay. The service was excellent throughout, and every member of staff — right down to the housekeeping team — was warm, friendly, and approachable. What also stood out was how much the team valued guest input. When the duty manager checked in with me, I shared a suggestion for a very minor improvement, and was impressed by how promptly and thoughtfully they followed up - even going the extra mile with a goodwill gesture for my next visit. There is a good spread of intl breakfast buffet and the coffee from the machine is great! Ice cubes at the side was convenient to make ice coffee for my morning. Wished they can have more western options like hashbrown/pancakes for the hot dishes as its mostly chinese dishes n porridge though there is bacon and sausage. Love to have a omelette station if possible. There is a mall beside the hotel which our kids did go karting and there is also a small petting museum of exotic pets like snake and lizards. Sadly it was raining during our stay so we didnt manage to enjoy the outdoor rides and playground too. Hope to come back again! I also appreciated the little touches of flexibility - arranging a late checkout and a birthday cake made the experience feel genuinely personal and memorable. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Booked this hotel as its near to our cruise terminal and it is beautiful. We arrived late at around 10am and they gave us an upgrade to a room on the highest level. Room was amazing and beds very comfortable, tea & coffee, bathroom had a bath which we didn't use but it looked great. Close to shops, luckin coffee and 7/11. If you have time there is a courtyard and path along the water which is nice to stroll across.
