The hotel is just opposite Snow city (5mins walk). We have a very pleasant stay here as the hotel looks very new and the rooms are spacious. We got a room with a good view. We are hosted by Sally the receptionist

This hotel is very close to Yao Xue snow world and also within walking distance to Haichang ocean park which is very convenient

The hotel is new and clean. Service staff is very helpful and accomodating. The room is big and comfortable to accomodate a family of 4. A washing machine is included in the room. Breakfast is reasonable ,both kids and adult were able to find food to their liking. Its a good optjon for those who want to play in the new Ski Snow Resort. Thank you to Diamond Zhang and Doris for doing their best to assist us

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel especially impressed by the service provided by a lady at the cafe, 小进. We needed to buy a pair of shoes for our little one but had no clue where can we get it as there is no big shopping mall around. 小进not only provided recommendation but go to extra mile to check whether each shopping area had shoes shop. Well done 小进and keep the good work!

We stayed two nights at this hotel. We are a family with two young sons.
The hotel has the best service staff ever. Doris was very observant. My elder son dropped his Chou Chou at the hotel lobby and we didn’t even realised. But Doris noticed and remembered that the Chou Chou belonged to my son and returned the Chou Chou to us at night when we returned to the hotel. Doris also played with my sons and even helped my elder son wipe his face while I was busy with the check in process. On our last night, Doris even delivered two soft toys to our room for my sons as a gift.
As for hotel breakfast, Bella served us on the first day and she was very attentive. When I was carrying my younger son to get food, she offered to help me get the food and carry the plate back to my table.
Overall, their service staff are amazing! They are all very attentive, professional, kind to kids, and always ready to help when you are struggling with younger kids.
Really recommend that you stay at this hotel for families!
The location is also superb. It is just opposite of the newly opened 耀雪冰雪世界 and 5 mins walk to the 海昌海洋公园！

The hotel room is new and spacious.
We experience good service from the restaurant. The waitress, Ms Candy, came and offer us to refill the drink for us although it was a buffet style self service breakfast.
Highly recommended this hotel.
