Nice location only 5 mins walk to ancient town. But hot floor and heater are quite not enough for -10 degree.

Way beyond what I expected. The lady at the hotel has been taking care of me since day one, free pick-up service too. The room was spotless, stocked with everything you could need (and more) oxygen supply, Dyson dryer, floor heating, and a super comfy bed. Perfectly located in the old town, it’s great for chilling and exploring on foot.
Big thanks to that amazing lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name). For me, totally worth it.

Probably the biggest hotel room on our China trip. The staff is very friendly. If you add the onwer to WeChat, they will pick you up from the train station or airport or bus station for free which is very nice. Heating works good. The hotel is in a quiet area but very close to everything. Breakfast is also nice. Would stay again.

Located just a little walk from old town and attraction (转经筒). The room was really neat and thoughtfully equipped with Oxygen Tank, Heated Floor, Tub and Smart toilet. The hot water supply was consistent, towels in a heating fridge. ( I like). The room have white light for reading and cooling light for watching movie over the projector, nice. Breakfast was simple and sadly coffee not provided. Elderly will find too many stairs to go ups & downs. Don't worry about the luggage, they carried to the room for us. The owner are friendly and attentive to our needs. He provide free pick up service from train station but have to book 1 day advance. Overall, we have a pleasant stay here. Highly recommend for newly wed couples for honeymoon.

Best hotel ever. The hotel with latest technology. Even the toilet bowl is high technology. The host are very friendly. They pick up us to bring to their hotel. Also they sent us off eventhough at first we mentioned we do not need then to sent us. Very good and definitely will stay here again when i come again ! Thank you ❤️

💯The hotel is excellent and the service is exceptional!! The hotel owners are extremely helpful to help tourist like us navigate the city with ease. They even let us rent their electric bike for a very good price.
The hotel location is just 3-3 minutes walk away from the old town. There is also a big hot tub pool and very big screen projector in the room.
Highly recommended!! 💯💯🙏🏼🙏🏼👍🏼
