The rooms are very basic, and worn out ; the food was really low quality ; most of the staff was pleasant but not of especially eager to go the extra mile . The Swimming pool area was nice enough , although the Aqua Park was not functional

Harika 8 gunluk bir tatil gecirdim, otel harika, calisanlari cok ilgili, ozellikle Mina Sayad a ilgisinden oturu cok tesekkurederim, burasi benim yazlik evim gibi oldu, yalniz geldim ama kendimi hic yalniz hissetmedim, tekrar gelecegim ❤️

At first I had an issue with my room when I first got here.. but staff sorted that out straight away and Changed me to a brand new room. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Lovely new rooms also being built with internet in every room so you can bring your fire stick and watch your Netflix or tv from home. If you can’t get reception for your phone, you can get a SIM card which is around £7 and it includes 25GB data so you can connect to that for your fire stick also. You can get that from the shop inside the hotel, You can also buy really cheap priced gifts and snacks from the shops inside the hotel! Free shuttle bus to the beach twice a day too aswell as the night market at NAAMA bay (I think it’s called) Spa treatments was also very nice and really good prices for massages. Food is abit bland but all in all it’s a good budget hotel. Would definitely come again!

Good hotel, good food, good and clean swimming pool, clean and good bedrooms, Kids Club for children, very good, great animation team and fun, interesting parties every day, very good place. I wish I could come here again. It is one of the best places in Sharm El Sheikh.

I can say only one thing, this hotel is a miracle, for those 7 days I felt alive, you can make friends here, there is a pool here and those who love pools will understand me, the food in the cafeteria is very tasty, I recommend it to everyone, thanks

The location is very good, the place and the hotel and also the swimming pool are clean and very good and the rooms are clean and very good and also the workers and animation team are very good with everyone and the restaurant and food are good and also the songs and the DJ it is a fun place I will always come here I loved this place and I would always like to come here

This a best hotel of my life really and all animation team here it's very great and my Karim best friend here in panorama and all staff in this hotel amazing and all food here very good really when I back to sharm another time I will book here again thx for everyone

Where to start. 3 of us in room yet room only had 2 towels and cups asked a number of time and still never got extra. Beach towels again only had two. Gave to cleaning when needed changed and never replaced so on last day got accused of taking them. Never got there till 11pm so couldn't even get a drink on arrival. On last day our all inclusive bands were taken off us at dinner time so not able to use even thought we were not leaving 19.35. Bearing in mind we had already lost one full day. Animation team well I wouldn't even call them that. Not once did they interact. No evening or day time activies for children or adults. Food not the best. Hotel in middle of know where need to use shuttle bus or taxi if you want to go anywhere. Shuttle bus is only 3 times a day to beach all mornings and 1 night time Shuttle to naama Bay. Pool areas dangerous grids around pool broken, tiles all sharp and broke. Then at aqua Park big holes in floor where electric is, as grids have been moved to the side. Oh and all inclusive ran out of beer. Wouldn't defo not return.
