Otelde kalışımızdan çok keyif aldık ama yemekler o kadar iyi değildi.

Şarm'a gitmeye son dakikada karar verdim, gerçekten güzeldi ... havaalanına varıştan ayrılışa kadar ... Güzel yapı, bakımlı, oda çok büyüktü ve her zaman temizdi. Personel çok yardımsever, arkadaş canlısı ve profesyoneldi. Tüm dilleri konuşuyorlar. Televizyon kanallarında yaşadığım küçük sorun hemen çözüldü. Kaldığım bir hafta boyunca köyün tüm çalışanları, resepsiyonu, sahili, barı, restoranı, spası gerçekten çok yardımsever, cana yakın, kibardı. kahvaltı, öğle yemeği, akşam yemeği yediğim restoran beni evimde hissettirdi !! İyi organize edilmiş geziler. Alessandra bazı sorularım için çok müsaitti ve bana tavsiyelerde bulundu. Bu kuruluşu tavsiye ederim.

11.03-18.03.23 Mart tarihlerinde otelde bir hafta geçirdik. Sabah 10 civarında oteldeydik ve bir saat sonra bize bir oda tahsis edildi, personel bizi melex ile bungalovlara götürdü ve tesiste nasıl hareket edeceğimiz konusunda talimatlar verdi. Zamanla biraz kararmış odalar, deniz manzaralı bir oda, binalar, kumsaldan şemsiyeler ve palmiye ağaçları tarafından gizlenmiş uzak bir manzaradır. Fazladan ödemeye değmez. Otelin plajı kayalıktır, şezlonglar ücretsizdir, ancak oraya varmak uzun sürmedi, sabah 10'a kadar ve mart ayıydı. Otel, şnorkelli yüzmeye gitmek ve resifi izlemek için suya açılan kendi iskelesine sahiptir. Kompleks temiz, bakımlı, tesisin imaj çalışmaları devam ediyor. İlk 2 gün yemek tamam ama sonra bir katliam. Her zaman aynı, özellikle kahvaltı ve öğle yemeği. Tavuk, güveç, pilav, patates gibi çok küçük ana yemek seçenekleri (patates kızartması yok, sadece havuzdaydılar ama her zaman kuyruklar vardı). Bir sürü sebze ve kek. İçecekler sanki alkolsüzmüş gibi, barmenler bahşişlere rağmen sadece güzellikler atabiliyordu. Otel, tipik bir tatil beldesinde, sadece hediyelik eşya dükkanları bulunan yerel otellerde yer almaktadır. Müdahaleci satıcılar ama bu tür ülkelerde standart bu.Bir dolar almanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herkesin bir şeyler bırakması gerekiyor. Odamızı temizleyen, çarşafları 2 günde bir değiştiren, kahve ve çayları yeniden dolduran, dişlerinizi fırçalamaya bile uygun olmadıkları için şişe suları kaçırmamamızı sağlayan harika bir beyefendi ve bunu hatırlamanız gerekiyor. Havuzlar temiz. Genel olarak tamam ama catering ekipmanı nedeniyle talepte bulunmak için değil. Güzel bahçeler eksiklikleri kısmen telafi eder. Sivrisinekler en kötüsüydü ama otel, kokan ama etki yaratan bir tür kimya kullanarak onlarla savaşıyor.

Where do I start…. Stay was nice but could defiantly do with some upgrades to the children’s club. First day we arrived late on around 11pm. Family of 4. 2 adults 2 children (4 &15 )10 mins transfer or so from airport to the resort. Reception people were great, very accommodating. We were in room 7139 beach view. We were taken on a caddy type drive right down to our room, arrived. First issue was bed situation. 2 small double beds for 4 people wasn’t enough they brought a single bed down for the 15 year old boy. And put the 2 small double beds together where me and my partner shared with our daughter. Which wasn’t great with being a split in the middle and daughter always falling in between it. Beds were like very firm, so for me wasn’t pleasant sleep first couple nights til I got used to it. A waiter brought us some sandwiches / rolls on the evening on arrival too with cheese and salad - with out even asking us what we wanted. But ok that’s fair enough. Most of it got wasted. (Room is for sure needing an update - very dated). Wake up first thing To a lovely sunrise, they taken care of all the landscape, great scenery. Food was ok: but always the same each day Breakfast you had omelette station, pancakes and waffles as your main area (I tended to have 2 omelettes or oats with whey protein banana and honey. ( I brought my protein powder) Kids loved the waffles and pancakes. Lunch and evening meal were the same usually on what was on show for everyone. I give big appreciation to saeed in the main restaurant for doing me grilled chicken and veg twice per day 3 plates each time. Due to me being a fussy eater. - I prefer eating clean rather than eating everything on a holiday so I’m not back and forth to the toilet. But I did have the odd cake: pancake here and there. (Bodybuilder on a all inclusive very picky) Overall good stay. But wouldn’t go back til the kids club was much improved. Didn’t cater great for English people, which I also had a chat to 2 other family’s who weren’t so happy with bits and bobs. (English was m the staff some places wasn’t great). So…. Positives: - any issues we had got sorted quickly. - great location for quick transfer from airport to resort. - beds and room tidied daily, change of towels. ( I always called reception to ask for this to be done. So usually was done with in a couple of hours of the phone call) - lovely beach - very accommodating staff at restaurant and reception. - staff didn’t expect tips. Negatives: - beds were hard to sleep on - beach bar was terrible. ( staff would ignore my partner with serving her and serve someone else, she ended up walking away) - kids club poorly ran, had a waitress in there at the desk sat on her phone who you’d see on a night taking people’s glasses from table) - entertainment team wasn’t ever in kids club as they were always all too busy apparently at the pool ( even when you seen them they weren’t doing much) apart from talking an

Resort was lovely the pool area was always clean and tidy. Mahmoud and shampoo were fantastic waiters, Now for the bad bits, rooms were not to 5* standard neither was the food. stained sheets and towels, dust, floors weren’t clean, towels are not changed on a daily basis. A fantastic salad bar if that’s all you want to eat but all other food was bland, and the same every day. The same stew was on for 5 days it was just called something different ever day. Now let’s get to the drinks, if you drink wine you can only get this in the reception bar, if you want slush you can only get that at the beach bar, ice cream is only served between 12.30pm and 4.30pm at the beach bar. All alcoholic drinks are HEAVILY watered down so if you want to get tipsy find a different hotel. I’ve never seen so manny sober people on an all inclusive holiday. Now for the entertainment - well stretching and aqua aerobics was the daytime entertainment and night entertainment- well most was cancelled and relied on the guests for shows. This was a very disappointing hotel even though we did our research and we will definitely not be returning

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star but a struggling 3 star.Services are a hit and miss. We were told by Muhammad who checked us in that we were upgraded to the a refurbished standard which was actually not an upgrade but the beginning of feeling of being scammed.Hence we were wary of any interactions we had with other staff later on.He also was one if the worst who told is dial 0 for any query we had.The night shift staff was much better who answered a lot of our questions. The 4 bars which again as mentioned by many had at many times watered down drinks and warm beers from bottles.The worst of them was the one on the beach and the main restaurant with staff scowling at you most of the times. The food mostly catered to the local crowd does vary but may not be upto everyone’s taste. Around 80% of the crowd is locals who will push and shove at every go whether be it in the pool area or the restaurant.One if the main concerns I had was guests of their sister hotels also were there using theBeach area, heated pool and the jacuzzi which the pool attendants refused to address.Hence 2 days within a stay of 5 we could not use the pool or the beach.It basically ruined our holiday as the other hotels being cheap stays there were more guests lounging around.If we need to use any of the other hotel facilities we need to pay £12 per person which again is another scam. The animation team seem to be organising games or events for their own pleasure or to scam other guests.We were told that they were planning to go to a disco on one night and had to pay £25 per person.When we pointed that we had a your child and could not leave him along she got upset about it.My son who was playing volleyball was pulled out of the game by a animator because he wanted to play.Instead of getting people to dance at the end of the rubbish shows they had the animator would dance themselves.The guy with the bun head was the most annoying who physically was making people to clap hands.Beware of him if you have young girls especially when he does Zumba. The main pool wad freezing cold so could not use it but could lounge around.The staff at the bar at the pool area were the best always smiling. Could not sleep on two nights as the resort next door was blasting music till 3 in the morning.In this resort all is quiet so no kind of late entertainment. Some of these details were shared with the manager on the last day who I did not see on any other day.They could so actually make this place much better but i guess it will not work for them with the locals coming in huge numbers.
