Had to wait forever to even have someone at the front desk to check in. Then the same when I checked out.
There was a used bar of soap in the shower.

This property was ok on cleanliness. We only had one towel and no shampoo the first night, but the front desk took care of it. Bed was comfy and breakfast was excellent though.

The staff was very helpful. The kids loved the pool and the slide. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I'd stay there again. It was very busy and the staff still made it great! Very friendly!

Pool was closed the whole time we were there. What ****** because it was over Spring break and the kids had nothing to do. The only reason we booked that hotel was for the pool and slide

No hot water!!!! Dont bother staying here. No Towles either. They said they are waiting for new towels delivery to arrive.

The hotel was a great location and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. But the room was not clean. I found a makeup case and I used Q-tip on the floor and the shower. Had pink mold like you get when you don’t wash it for a long time, and there was black Hairs all over the wall of the shower before we had even used it . The pool had a really funky smell, and there was vomit on the floor. We discovered as we were leaving. On day two the pool was shut down by the health inspector.

Hotel looks nice at first but the walls are covered in wallpaper that’s falling down everywhere. Our toilet broke on the 2nd day we were there. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the floor. We booked here because of the fun looking water slide. My daughter swam the first night and the next morning it apparently didn’t pass inspection and was closed for safety the rest of our stay. Would not recommend.

Great experience! Loved the front desk staff and breakfast staff was great as well. We had waffles, cereal, sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. There were also pastry options. The pool was heated and the kids had a blast going down the slide. Will definitely be using this hotel in the future.

As a professional cleaner the cleanliness of this room is subpar. I’ve stayed at several hotels lately and this is by far the least clean of all. It’s simple things housekeepers shouldn’t be missing for such a small hotel.
