We stayed as we were there to attend the car show. Very close to the exhibition centre with a bridge linking to Hall 18, which I think would be great information to put on the hotel website. Very friendly attentive staff at the Sheraton coffee shops where we had breakfast especially those on the floor cleaning, setting the table and the lady manning the dessert counter all by herself! And the Sheraton concierge lady who escorted me with an umbrella over to my hotel.
Loved the Thomas Roth toiletries!

The hotel was great, nice, classy and close to the Expo! There is a lovely shopping mall area behind the hotel with great selection of Food choices!
Sandy the service staff was extrenely helpful to us, providing us directions to places of visits and even helping us to book for our taxis with her own app. She also connected us via WECHAT to inform us of a personal item that we left behind, offering to keep it for us till next trip! Big thanks to her great help and service of the hotel!
Will visit again.

Recommended. Super comfy hotel. Good location for business travelers as it is very close to Shenzen World Exhibition Centre. Walking distance about 10 minutes.

The restaurant waiters and waitresses both in Hilton Garden Grille 1 floor and kitchen craft All Day Dining Restaurant 3 floor of Hilton Hotel, room service workers on the 14 floor of Hilton Garden Inn, and the girl at the reception desk of Garden Inn are very professional. Thank you very much for providing me with a pleasant stay experience during March 31 to April 4.
