Nice room, Delicious food and Comfortable stay at Pheonix Hotel. Surely recommend others for booking this Hotel.

Suite rooms are good, however the room service is below average. Breakfast is below par. 4 nights stay, asked for room cleaning every day, they never changed the linen which is surprising and gross.

The property is neat and clean. Staff is helpful, nice and really accomodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight of this stay was the food. The food is really tasty.

Do not confuse this as a 4 star hotel . The hotel is located in a cramped corner of the city which took us 2 hours to reach here (4 km) from city entrance during peak hours (4pm to 7 pm) and (7:30 am to 11 am) due to heavy usual traffic lodging in Shilong . Rooms are of spacious but Tv and Wi-Fi services are very terrible. The breakfast was complimentary but not a buffet you have to order . The staff was kind .

Located-very congested place. Will take 40-45 to reach there from police bazaar on weekdays. Consider an hour sitting in the car to reach the place. Food quality is average. Staff are good, helpful and attentive. Overall would rate an average.

Location not too good, foul smell from nearby drain. Food was ok, staff not well trained. Rooms were ok.

We booked total 4 rooms, among those two rooms were for 3 adults. They provided extra bed for 3 pax rooms which i find very convenient. Rooms are literally giant in size, with sofa and small dine in tables and wardrobes. Some negatives that management should look after is that there was issue with the water taps in all 4 rooms, the tap was coming out in hand while operating, one of the door locks was malfunctioning. Location is a good one if anyone wants to be away from crowded market area. Car parking is also there, no need to walk with luggage. Staffs are very professional and friendly. Food is also good in their restaurant.

Good staffs and clean rooms. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh and served hot. Lot of tourists but they looked after everyone very well

Stay was nice, staff is cooperative and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We checked in early and our room was not prepared till that time, so staff shifted us to the prime room without making us wait. And without taking any extra charges. So really nice experience. Food is also good
