Pros Property is beautiful Rooms and bathrooms are clean Food quality is decent for the ala carte Cons Where do i smart from!!!! I had booked an estate view room The check in experience itself was terrible I booked a room with breakfast for 3 adults and a child When i reached there the person sitting doing the check in was grumpy and rude He insisted that their property had rooms that can accommodate max 3 guests and if the child is above 5 we will need to take another room However the booking and payment at MMT smoothly went through. When i insisted that the booking and payment went through and no where did it say that it was for restricted to 3 adults only the person made franatic phone calls to the owner and i kept waiting for almost 15 mins and finally they said they will accomodate It was heavily raining However the room was warm and cozy The AC did not function properly when we wanted to switch on the AC The DTH was not charged in the room and upon repeated requests they did not recharge it and finally i recharged it myself The breakfast buffet spreqd was so limited for the price we paid I had informed about the check out time on the date of check out However during check out again we had to wait for 15 mins standing outside The *** who was in charge doing all this is extremely rude and grumpy Overall not a pleasant experience 😒😒

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE Gave a feeling like we are in a strict Boarding school / Reformatory school.the staff are not trained and lacks professionalism .Even for eligible water bottle and tooth kit has to argue a lot and make them understand that we are paying for that also. Everything needs to be followed up for several times. Their Breakfast time is such that after every guest move out for sightseeing they start their Breakfast at 8.30 AM basic amenities like tea coffee maker is not provided even though the room is charged @6000 plus GST budget hotels NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR HOLIDAYS and DONT EXPERIMENT Better look for alternate. Udipi budget hotels and kamath hotels give better service
