At the beginning looks SO BEAUTIFUL..but then realized that WiFi is just 750MB for the entire stay..the breakfast is really poor ( I eat everything...Italians will not found anything to eat.). Drinking Water in the rooms are pay..10.000 rails a bottle..is TOO much...for a 3 stars hotel...to go to the restaurant you must to go down ground floor and then go one floor up...so is not handicap friendly at all...even the main entrance has steps..so if your luggage is heavy... get trained before come.. the center is like 4 blocks away and walking through there is not so safe for women specially after sunset... Café on the roof doesn't have any view as they said. Only good thing ...is really clean.. but the cleaning staff starts to bother you early morning even if your sign is NOT DISTURB. . So if is just to expend the night and continue your trip is OK otherwise...look another better located...

In one of the better hotels in Shiraz, many Europeans and Americans like to live here, the waiters are warm and polite, and the Iranians are also smiling, especially friendly! The room was well-equipped, and the waiter helped to fold the pajamas for two days. No one except my mother was so good 😌 ... feel at home! However, the bed was relatively small and fell to the ground as soon as I turned around. The bed was very soft and basically fell asleep until dawn. Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.

The breakfast was great, the room was truly a five star, the best time to sleep in Iran ... everything was satisfactory, except for the curtains, but it seems like hotels in this country treat curtains as bad

فندق رائع في شيراز كما ان اسعار الغرف فيه مناسبة، يتميز المطعم بالطعام الجيد والمتنوع. الموظفات والموظفون جيدون جدا ومتعاونون مع النزلاء وكذلك موظفوها الخدمة يؤدون واجباتهم بإخلاص ومهنية. اتمنى على الادارة ان تنهي التصليحات بسرعة ولاسيما ان رائحة صبغ الجدران كانت واضحة في المكان. الفندق يستحق الاقامة فيه كما ان العاملين في الساونا والمساج اشخاص رائعون ومهنيون.

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

It is the tallest hotel in Shiraz. Breakfast is on the 24th floor. It is said that there is a sauna, but because it is a man at night, I did not enjoy it for two nights. The food in the western restaurant is also very delicious. It is said that the neighborhood is rich. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is not far.
