The stay was great.
The breakfast & coffee was bland and cold, but otherwise fine.

I loved how to staff was welconing to not only ke, but to my dogs as well. They made us feel safe and secure while traveling.

Was in on business. No fault of the staff but the system was semi-down when I checked in. They gave me keys and got me into a room. I went upstairs and down the hall; key didn't work. Downstairs, they finalized the key again. I went up, tried the room and it didn't work. Went back down and get my key again, worked this time.
I know that was a bit to read, imagine going up to your room with luggage in tow after a 3.5 hour drive after a 4 hour flight, then having to get a key 3 times to get in the room.
Tuesday, my key (all keys apparently) stopped working.
Sort your software.
Your team was wonderful to deal with.

Excellent hotel! Big room with refrigerator, dish washer and all necessary plates, utensils, etc for a long stay. Excellent breakfast!! Nice work out facility. Also has laundry available. Great choice for anyone. Thank you

The room with dirty, there was dried pee on the toilet. We were not informed at check in that there would not be hot water the next day from 9am-2pm. We found the notice taped to the door when we got to the room. We booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Brookshire Grocery Arena for the Heroes Run. It was very inconvenient to not be able to take a hot shower after running a race this morning, before driving 4 hours back home. We ended up just changing clothes after the race. Also, i know the notice said no hot water today 10/21 from 9am-2pm, but there wasn't even hot water before that, it was "warm" at best. The air conditioning also really didn’t start working until the early hours of the morning, and it was very noisy. We usually book with Hilton, but after this experience...it's highly unlikely to happen again. We definitely won't be coming back to this place for next years Heroes Run.
