1990'lı yıllarda yerli Samsung standardı olan tesisler son derece eskidir. Barlar sokağının yakınında çok gürültülü olmaktan ve tur gruplarından kaçınmaktan korktuğum için bu otele rezervasyon yaptırdım. Rezervasyondaki puanlar çok yüksek. Müzenin tam karşısında olması dışında hiçbir avantajı yok, ana yol pencerenin dışında ve motosiklet tuk-tuk'ları çok gürültülü. Yemek yiyebileceğiniz mekanların tamamı Barlar Sokağı bölgesinde ve her seferinde 1 km yürümek ya da iki dolarlık tuk-tuk almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Lavabo musluğunun tasarımı mantıksız. Tek iyi yanı servisin iyi olması.

Tesisler: Oda nispeten geniş bir balkona sahip ve destek tesisleri biraz eski ama çok temiz; tek dezavantajı merkezi klimanın biraz gürültülü olması; kahvaltı az kişi olduğu için siparişe göre pişiriliyor ve tadı güzel! Kahvesi de taze çekilip yapılıyor, ürün çok güzel, ye**ezse eklenebilir
Hijyen: Çok temiz, her gün genel alanı temizleyen, kapının önündeki meydanı yıkayan, yüzme havuzunu, çiçekleri ve bitkileri temizleyen garsonlar var, her gün odayı temizliyor;
Çevre: Konumu çok iyi, Ulusal Müze'nin hemen karşısında, geceleri çok sessiz; yakınlarda bir eğlence meydanı var ve barlar sokağı ve gece pazarı nehir boyunca sadece on dakika uzaklıkta.
Hizmet: Hizmetin kilit noktası övgüdür! Check-in başlangıcından itibaren butler tarzı bir bakım hizmeti mevcut ve çoğu zaman aklınıza gelmeyecek kadar özenli! Tutkulu ve tam olarak doğru! Bir dahaki sefere kesinlikle burada kalacağım! ❤️

Amazing Hotel, wonderful people, who are always ready to help you, to solve your problems or just to chit-chat with you if you would like to.
Great tour deals and answers on your questions. Delicious food from morning until late night.

Sala Siem Reap Hotel
Location:
The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum.
There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop.
Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet.
The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations!
Staff:
The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch.
Overall Experience:
I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap.
Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.

Same as previous review. I'd had to book two separate nights as I made a mistake when booking and they were very helpful and accommodating - allowed me to keep the same (better) room both nights.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. During the free extensive breakfast, they were quick to serve you and everyone had the warmest smile. The swimming pool was a nice touch and was great to relax in after a day exploring. They also arranged a variety of trips, which were fairly priced. Our tuktuk driver Votay was really cool and took us wherever we wanted, always with a smile! The hotel room was good, although the bathroom could do with a touch up. Perhaps should redo the caulking and sealant. Other than that, wonderful stay and would recommend.

Good location and perfect breakfast, staff very friendly. However two things that hotel should improve, the room not so clean, some room get bad smell from restroom, and gym very old and mostly broken, pool also not so clean. But in overall, it’s great!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Really well located for a couple of nights, if you are doing Angkor Wat. The staff are lovely and it’s an easy ride into town. Would stay again.
