The room was basic, but adequate. There was an aquarium at check-in that was crammed with fish. I hope they re-home some of the fish or donate the aquarium to someone who has more space for those poor animals. The pool was nice but there were a couple of sketchy men hanging out in the dressing area below ground. I didn't feel safe because of the way they were watching me. The hotel food was good and the location was walking distance to a nearby mall, grocery store, and other shops. Lots going on in the area. The front desk person, who seemed like a ***ager, was very nice and spoke English well. He helped me with several things. I was only staying one night to cash an early flight out of Bagdogra and would probably stay here again.

Overall the stay was good! We had a stopped over at the hotel to catch our flight back to our place. The location of the hotel is on the main road and is near to Vega mall which is at a walkable distance. The staff were helpful and supportive. The beds are comfortable and the room size is decent. Opportunities: The rooms can be kept ready before the guests check-in. We reached the hotel at 3pm and had to wait for a good 30mins. Hot water wasn’t available until 6pm even after multiple follow-ups.

Outstanding service by Riwashana in the restaurant so friendly staff and helpful rooms are well mentioned amazing environment view is really peaceful area of hotel is clean food quality is good and delicious enjoyed the time with hotel keep it up the good work

One of the best hotel in town hospitality is really good everything is affordable and quality of food is amazing talking about staff Ms.Riwashana is really good in restaurant everything is on top. Surely visit next time and I suggest to my friends and family to visit your property

Lovely food and ambiance of the hotel rooms is really nice I enjoyed the time in Sarovar in the restaurant staff Riwashana is so attantive towards the guest and helpful also everything is good will visit again and nice hospitality in Sarovar Siliguri

Room and foods are very good, there are cleaning properly, all staff well trained and polite talking about me. This the second time was stay in this hotel, I always remember that stay with friends and family members. All things are share without any force .Biswajit
