They are participating in FEMA rooms, but require a $100 deposit. They also deny you a room if you have two dogs. I went there and had to wait about 5 minutes so the woman could call the manager. He arrived and said that they can’t accept 2 dogs. ***?

This hotel is a complete fraud. Brian Patel (if that’s his real name) “the manager” just called me to cancel my 2 rooms that I booked weeks ago. Was a special trip for 2 moms and their 2 senior boys to go to the country music festival together. He said there was a water main break, but I asked to not cancel the rooms bc it might be fixed. Then he told me the music festival was canceled - which is not even TRUE!! Then he hung up on me because “he didn’t want to talk to me anymore”. Beyond rude and unprofessional and offered no apologies or alternatives. He has completely ruined our weekend and now we have to scramble and figure something out. I’m assuming the whole point is to price gauge other people!!!!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DEALING WITH A HOTEL.

Was told that my 3 day reservation was canceled despite ******* not canceling it. I had a great deal so my suspicion is that they wanted to price gouge my room to take advantage of the victims of hurricane helena. My spouse suffers from anxiety so this was a very cruel thing to do. I will be talking to an attorney to take legal action.

WE ARRIVED HERE on a Friday and as soon as I walked through the doors of the lobby to check in, I was greeted and by the manager Brian, and made the process quick & easy. AS I was getting some of my finances in order to pay, the next employee named Diana, took over my RSVP information and AGAIN, was simple & easy. Diana helped to give me added information pertaining to the hotel and other information of the area!! THIS place was very comfortable, clean and very ATTENTATIVE with any concerns we had. THE room we stayed during our visit first time, was NICE in size, very well maintained as in no major marks on walls, and no RUST in bathroom such as tub & shower area. Toilet appeared to be a newer one. I was told that this hotel had JUST BEEN RENOVATED. YES!! I love that!! THEY serve breakfast in the morning, wifi is available, and pool accommodations... Housekeepers always gave the extras we desired, such as extra towels, etc. Everhone seems ot help with the needs on might have while traveling. ONE of the other things we LOVE about this hotel IS that it is IN A VERY QUIET setting ... it sits just behind the huge Marriot hotel that blocks the busy highway traffic. The LOCATION is ALSO perfect because it is in walking distance to almost every store you could imagine. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY with the service provided during our stay (AND we are now back again!!). IT WILL BE one of our main places to visit and looking to do extended stays. Booked a room for 3 people online without a problem. Checked in and informed the lady checking me in that there were 3 people for the king bed with sleeper sofa. She said my room number multiple times loud enough for the 6 other people in the lobby to hear. Red flag. The room had been remodeled and it was pretty nice but the sheets, comforter, wash cloths, and towels were all stained. I stayed alone the first night and felt very unsafe after the announcement of my room number and the multiple people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot until very late. I pulled the sofa in front of the door. When my friends came the next day, I asked for sheets and pillows for the sleeper sofa. They don’t have sheets for it because it’s just used to sit on inside of sleep in. Why have it then?! I was provided a stained sheet and stained comforter and the front desk lady knew they were stained and apologized that she couldn’t give me different ones. She told me to put the stains on the bottom instead of by my head. ***?! When I got back home I received a call from the lady that checked me in to ask me to pay extra for the 3rd person in my room. Absolutely not! You knew from the beginning I had 3 people for 1 night and didn’t care. There’s NO way I’m giving you extra money for the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you value your safety, health, or money.

We got here late at night and the guy was great and friendly and made check in a quick time. If you don’t want to have their breakfast or miss it, there is a Waffle House next door I have a cousin who just moved there, so I think we are going to be staying here again at some point

Horrible service. I went downstairs to eat my complimentary breakfast. While I was making my plate the front desk clerk comes up to me and comments about the amount of food I was getting and tells me that the food must be eaten in the breakfast area. I sat down and ate, I didn't care for one of the items so when I was finished I got up and threw away my stuff. He them questions me again on why I was wasting food. I leave to return to my room and he follows me demanding me to show him what I have in my pockets. I told him to stop harassing me and I have returned to my room. I called the front desk to speak to a manager only to find out that this guy was the manager. He was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Worst hotel ever manger was the rudest person ever. He tried to kick us out for having a visitor step in our room that we paid for. Never I repeat never come here. They lie about the price and it’s just a terrible experience
