Hotel Mi Bencoolen

下次再去新加坡，還是會住這。出門就有711和地鐵站，走200米左右就是國家博物館。 房間雖然小點，但是挺乾淨的。 前台的服務很好，尤其走的那天，幫忙叫的士（價格也便宜），緩緩走過來，微笑的樣子真的太美了，可惜沒拍照。

早餐在隔壁的餐館。品種不多，但還可以。房間確實不大，一般來説提供兩個門卡，上電梯需要刷卡。 位置很好，附近有一個美食中心。而且有兩個地鐵站。都是步行距離。 在新加坡可以用百度地圖。 地鐵是首次充值15元，含5塊新幣的按金。門口的地鐵站就有賣。 離唐人街一站地鐵，福康寧公園和歷史博物館步行距離。位置絕佳。

I asked to be cleaned but no one cleaned up at all even though I pressed the clean up room button

I am quite disappointed. 1. Dirty toilet bowl with urine stains 2. Main door lock not working 3. Hair found at soap area 4. Frontline staff inattentive to my feedback when I shared some comments about their ambient music 5. Asked for 2 extra pillows and it took a long time to come. Because they sent to wrong room. They did called twice to apologize. Could have coordinate better. Their housekeeping came second time to send me 4 extra pillows in total.

Very Bad… One of the worst hotels experiences … Pluses: - location is central. Bencoolen station, a lot of museums around, shops and restaurants, 15 -20 minutes walk to Marina Bay Sand. Minuses: - 0 sound isolation. Is not even that. Is like hotel is designed to amplify sounds and while in the room U HEAR EVERYTHING…. You hear every single word of every room around you. You hear loudly cleaning service team. You hear every door opening and closing. You hear elevators run. And not even earplugs or noise cancelling earphones can save you. 54 mentions on google comments about this issue. And hotel didn’t bother to do anything and pretend it is ok…… IT IS NOT….. and with small investments it is possible to fix…… - Feeling like you are staying in hostel. With 100 people in the same room. Not 4 stars misleading advertising hotel…. - Breakfast is a joke….. is just a joke. With crazy limited options (vegetables - salad leafs……, fruitS- watermelon…)… - Gym is very small and only treadmill; - Swimming pool area - surrounded by concrete walls; - If room facing inside - 0 privacy. As opening curtains everybody can see you and you can see everyone…. Just bad…. Would never stay. Would never recommend to anyone….

Location pretty good, bencoolen mrt right at the door step and a stone throw to alot of tourist attractions, room wise pretty small and sound proofing has alot of work to do. you can hear people from the rooms next door as well as the corridor. I couldn’t sleep well during my stay. Overall i would say i probably wont choose to stay here again and at this price point i have better options, but if location is priority and you are a easy sleeper, you can still consider this place.

hotel and room very clean, nice size of swimming pool and they have friendly staff that welcome US with a smile.

From check-in to check-out, the overall service was very warm. The front desk could speak Chinese. Because it was my birthday, the hotel also prepared a small cake, greeting cards, room decoration, etc. That's really sweet. Next time I have a chance to come to Singapore, I will buy back! The front desk brother is really sweet, that day to Sentosa beach, help me print the ticket and tell me the most convenient subway route! Very moved!

Clean and great location! Will come again next time when I visit Singapore
