It felt like a relaxing holiday the moment we walked into the lobby - this hotel is an absolute gem not because of its modern rooms or the pool with sea views, but because of the staff that make you feel so taken care of.
Thank you Nas for being so kind, and for making us feel right at home! :) this staycation started off on such a high note because of you. My sis and appreciate it so much!
They also have amazing iced chocolates for you to take back up to your room, along with complimentary snacks (they let us have one extra too :D).

Hotel service of the staff are good. Most especially the Staff at the Hotel Lobby. Ambiance and View is very nice. Its a 10/10.

They used to provide complimentary chocolate milk during our last visit. Hope that it could be brought back in the near future. That would be perfect. Thank you.

Arrived in the hotel with friendly staffs. The rooms at Outpost Sentosa Hotel are modern, spacious, and elegantly designed. The serene ambiance and panoramic views from the balconies enhance the overall experience. The hotel boasts a range of facilities catering to both leisure and business travelers. From a refreshing outdoor pool and well-equipped fitness center.

It’s very subpar for a hotel in Sentosa. Staff aren’t too welcoming, and they seem very stingy in terms of check in and checkout times, always looking for an opportunity to charge more. The pool upstairs had an event which made is so crowded and unswimmable and the other pools are shared with hotels that seem like it’s over capacity. The water is very dirty and full of children which isn’t the adult only experience outpost promises. They also have a limited dining room menu and when we ordered in they stated they can’t bring the food to us due to not enough manpower so we have to go and collect… asking for some ice took 30 min to deliver

Scored a great price during Trip’s flash sale and I love the modern and youthful design of the rooms here. The complimentary minibar has premium snacks and beverages to choose from, and there is access to 5 different pools!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Singapore. It is strategically located in Sentosa, giving you that sense of luxury and privacy. Hotel staff are all courteous and friendly, bed is immaculate! Room is well decorated! They also have free shuttle service to/from Vivo City. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever want to visit Singapore.
