Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Our 3D2N stay at the Oasia Resort Sentosa was a pleasant experience. Upon stepping foot into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a very polite gentleman (Bryan) who welcomed and ushered us to the check in area. The check in process was seamless and the staff (Prince) showed us up to our room. The room was divided into three sections: when we entered, there was a cosy living room with a sofa and tv (that you can chromecast from your devices), and some welcome nuts and wellness bottled drinks. We still remember the laksa flavoured nuts - they were yummy! Further in, we had the really spacious bedroom, coupled with bedside tables on both sides, a work table & chair, and another tv. We could adjust the lights, blinds and curtains just by pressing a simple button. Housekeeping and turndown service were done promptly; we appreciated the special touch at turndown service - the Oasia-made balm given to us. On our second morning, we bumped into the housekeeping ladies and they were extremely polite with a cheerful disposition. Lastly, the bathroom was very spacious and did not feel claustrophobic at all. There was a huge standalone bathtub, a separate cubical for the toilet bowl, and a separate shower area. His and her sinks were coupled with toilet amenities as well as a small magnifying mirror at the side. Breakfast on both mornings were at Bedrock and the portions were HUGE. Great for morning people to fuel up for their day ahead! Only downside was that we had to wait for quite some time for breakfast to be prepared and served. This property sits right beside Imbiah Station (Sentosa Monorail). It is also a 5-10 min walk to Resorts World Sentosa, the ******, and Universal Studios Singapore. It was a lovely escape from the buzzing and noisy city. Would come back again if there was a chance!

The Junior Suite was comfortably spacious and all service staff we encountered were pleasant. The quality of the food for breakfast at Bedrock Origin were excellent and they were also large portions. The property is located just opposite the Imbiah Station and makes travelling on the Sentosa Express to Resorts World or Vivocity very convenient! Oasia Resort Sentosa is definitely one of best options for staycation in Sentosa.

Overall the resort is great! The room is clean and spacious and their staffs are amazing! Service is good and they even sent a complimentary birthday cake up to our room! Good location with monorail just beside.

Prior to check-in date, the hotel had contacted via phone and email for pre-arrival check. It’s great that manager Jason was able to confirm the baby cot that I had requested when making the reservation. On arrival, the bell had promptly came over to help with our luggage. This is helpful as there seems to be only stairs at the driveway as I can’t find another alternative. Once I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a refreshing scent that lifted my mood. While waiting for my room key, I was presented with welcome drinks. They had assisted to show the way to the room, along they way we were brought to the spa area and the guest service also shared that there is a aeroponics farming area next to the spa reception. Even though it’s only 2nd floor but we were amazed with room’s high ceiling, something that most of us don’t have it at home. Their floor to ceiling window let in good amount of natural lighting into the room. I lived the complimentary healthy snacks that’s placed in the room together with the complimentary still and sparking water. The spacious room once again hit the right spot to make your feel relaxed and calm. During the stay, we visited that aeroponics area again as we were mesmerized by how easy plants could be grown indoor. I remembered there is a plant called lemon balm, Liza was very kind to share with us how this aeroponics farming works and gave us some of the lemon balm leaves. I added the lemon balm leaves into the sparking water that was available in the room for a refreshing drink to end of the night. Breakfast was great with the usual western and continental selection, what’s more interesting is their five dim sum warrior breakfast set and also their barramundi mixed oat congee. You must try these when you are there. I will like to thank a couple of people who we had interacted with and had made our stay pleasant: Jason for the wonderful connecting room arrangement, Liza who was at the wellness lounge area at around 9pm and she took the effort to share with us their interesting Grobrix aeroponic system and the plants growing there, Xiao Yun, Joey and Hanish who cleaned and sanitised the room. There are many more of them, I wished I could remember all their names. There is so much more to write and share, but one thing that I should not missed is that you have to stay two nights to truly experience a good retreat from the usual hassle and bustle. It’s definitely different from staying at the city hotel. If you want a good rejuvenating experience, please check out this hotel.

At Oasia Resort Sentosa’s it was like an all-in-one tailor make staycation experience for my family and me. The services staff went above and beyond to ensure that we get the most out of our stay. We enjoy a lot. The breakfast at Bedrock was just nice for us, staff were very friendly. Definitely will introduce to friends and relatives. Thanks to Oasia Resort Sentosa Team.

The Junior Suites that we have spent our 2nights in are spacious with high ceiling. The staffs are all very friendly and service-oriented. The resort sit next to Imbiah Station in Sentosa which is very convenience for us to explore Sentosa and to travel to Vivocity. The breakfast was great as well and they have numerous of free activities for us to enrol. Overall a good resort that I will recommend to my friends and relatives

Staff were very enthusiastic in sharing about the facilities and services they provide. Therapeutic aroma and drinks served upon arrival. GREAT SERVICE TOO!!!! I think it’s one of the most unique hotel with classes provided - yoga, zumba, balm making with little gifts by them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Enjoyed our staycation at Oasia Resort Sentosa! Gar Wei assisted with the check-in, accommodated to our request for in-room breakfast and even showed us up to our room. Breakfast was delivered promptly! Ethan assisted with the check-out and it was fast and smooth. Hope to be back real soon.

Oasia Resort Sentosa as its name suggests, really makes guests feel like they are at a resort. There is a feeling of calmness once we stepped into the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and upbeat, greeting you from the moment you step into the hotel. The hotel has taken special measures to keep up with the cleanliness standards and ensure that all rooms are properly sanitized with a seal on the door as well as signs on the bed. The hotel's positioning is towards sustainability and health, even the complimentary in-room snacks provided were of a healthier choice. Rooms came with a bathtub and had a very cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxing staycation. Ethan assisted with our check-in and check-out process, which was both very seamless and quick. As the slots for the scrub-making class were full when we checked in, we got a thoughtful little gift upon checkout, which was a little bag of coffee body scrub. Will want to give their spa a try for my next stay with them. Highly recommended!
